Upon further inspection of the base believed to contain Oshibka for 7 to 9 days, several pieces of evidence have been revealed from under a bed that Oshibka had supposedly slept in for the days of containment. (proven by fingerprints, hair strands, dry spots that have been marked by the tears of the criminal, dried blood, etc.) Our two detectives for this case in this base had found a case with chemicals (proven by smears of blood and fingerprints), pages with some sort of chemical formulas (proven by matched up handwriting, dry spots that have been marked by tears of the criminal, dried blood, etc.), two packs of cards (proven by fingerprints & hair strands, etc.) While inspection of the pages, we have discovered the name Apollon. We have further suspicions that this is relating to the former government official, Apollon Volkov, who had gone missing on a mission to capture Fyodor Mikhailov around 129 days ago. Fyodor has many records of attempted homicide, committed homicide, robbery, breaking and entering, kidnapping (cases of kidnapping for ransom and without ransom involved), etc. We have suspicion Fyodor, while he was alive, had some relation to Oshibka. However, Fyodor was found dead along with his mother and father so therefore, we shall not get any sort of interview with him. Apollon had never came back to the government building for his items, he has not used his government debit card, and he has not spoken to another government official ever since his disappearance. We have suspicion that if he is working with Oshibka, we are in trouble. Apollon has been contained before for his inhuman abilities but he had joined our government's association with a promise that he would use his powers to help stop other inhuman, criminal citizens here in Sevevostok. These powers are mostly controllable by him and are severely dangerous when used in harmful ways. (cases of government officials before they had got him in control state that his powers had caused them internal bleeding, 3rd degree burns, loss of breath, damage to organs & skin, eyesight loss, etc.) Apollon is a hazard to our town if our suspicions are proven to be true.

Upon other further investigations on the pages, we have found the formula to create a chemical that was nicknamed by Oshibka. She had called it "The Abyss Seeker". Sure enough, it has the color that is related to abysses: pitch black. It had a large amount of light reflection to it and when a human touches it, it solidifies into a solid similar to a rock and begins to talk to the person who had touched it in a odd sort of language. A written record of something this weird type of chemical has said to Oshibka was:

A smear of blue blood has dried on one of the floorboards of the base. Due to DNA testing, we have come to a realization that this is the blood of Stefan Mikhailov, a young man who had guaranteed to bring Oshibka back to the government headquarters. Obviously, that promise has never been fully fulfilled. Stefan also had inhuman abilities but had been caught by Apollon one day while in the middle of attempting homicide. He was planning to kill a young boy by the name of Benjamin Believer and Luna Ashford. (Luna survived with a lost eye and several injuries. She threw up blood for two days but shortly recovered. Benjamin had not survived and had been buried back in his hometown, Goldenfield. Luna was also sent back after the incident, having no recollection of Benjamin and his fate.) As Stefan was encaged for 4 days, he had trained his power, becoming even more of a hazard to innocent civilians of both this town and others. Stefan is still missing along with Apollon. This is a severe issue that could cause the destruction of several places and kill a few hundred of people. Oshibka, Stefan, Apollon. would be a team beyond this goverment's power.
