Carneline X Panther

Usual days.

Ren the Carneline POV:

I was sitting near a crystal in a power outage. Hopefully the humans won't see me and kill me. I looked around and saw a human horde going after a red slime pup. I was in that experience before. It was truly terrifying, and I found myself hyperventilating again. I get so scared most of the time when I see hordes. I went to the library in the support caves and sat down next to the fireplace in relief.

When the lights turned back on, I felt a sudden jolt. That's normal too, that's just the power buff leaving my body. Sounds weird, right? Anyways, as I was chilling by the fireplace, I felt someone watching me. I turned around to see nothing though, and just shrugged it off. As I was chilling, I felt something was watching me, so I turned around to see black, and fluffy ears peeking out of the library room. I looked at it, and it went back from the library.

"I know you're there. Show yourself!" I exclaimed. Then, a shy panther showed up. He looked very different, like me. He was slowly walking over to me, usually panthers would interact with no one. He looked at me with his one eye (that's cause he has an eye patch), patted me, and ran away. That was weird. He was totally different from the other panthers. Panthers wouldn't give a shit about people, but I bet this panther is 75% extroverted. Honestly, I would say I'm different too. I am introverted and violent just like panthers. I don't remember how I changed from a normal carneline to this. Hopefully I will see that panther again.. I kinda like him.
