Chapter 3

Jack's POV

Ugh Bieber had to be in the same group didn't he? I had nothing against him except the fact that he was extremely annoying, other than that we were cool. Abri was in our group so that would be fun so I guess it was fine compared to Johnson's group which consisted of Caitlin Beadles (probably tops the most annoying list) and Ryan Butler (the guy everyone despised). Like for once I actually felt sorry for him.

My thoughts were interrupted by Justin. "Hey babe," I knew he couldn't be talking to me. I turned around to see him standing extremely close to Abri whilst she had the most disgusted look on her face like it was actually funny. She rolled her eyes, if Bieber thought he could get her, he had another thing coming. Abri was full of sass, and I've known her since we were like in diapers and I still get the 'full of sass' comments.

I walked over to Abri, Justin decided to go to his clique.

"Abri wassup?" I asked whilst pulling her into an embrace.

"I'm good, I mean we have the world's biggest douche in our group." I laughed. The sass was always there.

"GUYSSS I AM SOOO HUNGRY. CAN WE GO GET LUNCH PLEASE!!!!" Madsion complained. Johnson had detention so we were going to meet up with our friends. We walked our way to lunch and were met by Sienna, Sophia and Ciara. Surprisingly, the other guys were nowhere to be seen.

"OMG I totally forgot that I have basketball practice! I have to go. See you all later," I embraced them all into a hug and made my way to the locker rooms.

"Hey you, Jack, let me tell you something. When we're working on the project you will stay away from Abrianna. You understand?" Justin Bieber had me pinned against the wall with my t-shirt crumpled in his hands.

"What the hell? Get off me. I do not like Abrianna. We are just good friends. Leave me alone." I walked off; I was surprised that Justin had done that. I knew he was an idiot but not that much of one.

"Yo Gilinsky what's hatnin dude?" Sammy, Kian, Luke and Zayn came and bro hugged me.

"Nothing much guys. We have a chemistry project and Justin freaking Bieber is it but Abri is too so it shouldn't be that bad. But for reals how hot do I look today?" I brushed my hair through with my hands whilst showing off my famous smirk. I noticed Bieber staring at me from the corner of my eyes. I decided to ignore him.

"Boys, now, game season is coming up. I need you guys to focus. We are the best team without a doubt but don't take that for granted. Practice makes perfect. Also, I have changed the captain of the team. Justin Bieber will no longer be captain," I let out a little laugh. "I feel it is time for a change. The new captain is....." The coach was about to reveal the captain, I was expecting it to be Ryan Butler so I causally gazed around.

"Jack Gilinsky is your new captain!" My friends all gave me a bro hug, I was actually pretty happy, I have worked hard for this. I could already feel the tension from Justin heading my way. I smirked to myself. I mean, the fact that his ex broke up with him to be with me always made him jealous. Now I even had the basketball team. Karma.

Abrianna's POV

Now that Jack was gone with the rest of the boys to basketball practice, it was just is girls left.

Sienna was telling us about how Kian took her to the most perfect date.
"It was sooo beautiful. We were right next to a lake and he even got us an orchestra to play whilst we ate. He's amazing. Like honestly." I wish I could I have a relationship as cute as Sienna and Kian's, Madison was dating Luke and they were like soooo cute and Sophia and Zayn both had feelings for each other but would never confess. Don't ask why. I have never even had a relationship. Like if I had a boyfriend I wouldn't know what to do with him. Literally. Relationships were just too much drama. Especially at this school.

"Hey guys, let's have a sleepover seeing as it's Friday. All the guys can come too. It'll be fun," Ciara suggested. The rest of us agreed.

Just then Chaz Somers walked by.
"Damn. Justin actually has one of the most good looking girls in his group. Lucky him." He winked at me and walked off. Ugh I hated Bieber and his minions. Without Jack I don't even know how I would've handled this project.

For now I was just super excited for the sleepover tonight.
