Can I Have A Slice Of Pumpkin Pie?

It is a cold and windy friday night in the city of Gotham and you do the night shift every night from 5pm-12pm in a small Cafe.

You put your hand on your face and rest your arm on the Cafe counters. Your turn your head to look at the small TV that's placed behinde you for customers to see.

"Gothams villain 'The Riddler' strikes again! What we will do?" Blah blah blah. you don't care much about the news or what happens to the rich and elite people of Gotham because of how they only care about themselves.

You get in your head and overthink untill.. "ring!" The bell of the door rings. There's a customer.

You turn around to see a guy, around 6'0 or something with round clear glasses and a cute face. Wow he's cute, you think to yourself as he sits on one of the stools.

You walk over to him, "Hello what would you like to order sir!" You say in a exaggerated waitress voice. "HI.. uhm can I please just get a slice of.. Pumpkin Pie?" He quietly says in a medium and soft voice.

You smile at him "Yep! And there is there anything else u want?" You look at him and start to feel a bit red.

"Uhm.. and maybe just a coffee please." He looks up at you and his eyes widen he can't stop staring and you see a little grin on him as he's lost in your eyes.

"Okay your order will be ready in a few!" You smoke widely and walk away to make the coffee and pie. You turn around and see him put his hand over the counter and grab a pen And a napkin and begins to write something down. Hm how weird, 'he seems cute but a bit creepy so I'll watch my back every few seconds' you think to yourself.

You take the pie out of the oven and while the pie is cooling down you make the coffee and walk back over and hand it to him. "Here you go sir!" You hand it to him and look down on his paper you look back you to see him directly staring at you. He stops looking and fixes his glasses quickly. "Err.. uhmm. Sorry ma'am" he says looking down and taking a sip of his coffee. "No worries you say as you go get the pumpkin Pie"

"Sayy do you want to hear a riddle? I made this one up myself" he says and giggles cutely shaking his feet.
"Sure! I'm not that good at them soo don't be upset if I'm wrong" you chuckle, then handing him his slice of pumpkin Pie.

"Okay okay so.." He looks down at the napkin " i am cute but dangerous, I love to serve and listen. What am I?" He says putting his hands on his cheeks eyes wide open waiting for your answer, then eating a bit of the pie you pre-heated.

"Hmm. Im not sure give me a clue." You say puzzled.
"5-12 everyday and loves a good pay" he grins creepily and stirs his coffee with a tiny spoon still locking eyes with you.

You think and you quickly get it. " is it me?!" You blush
"DING DING DING " he raises his voice " YES! YOU ARE CORRECT" he spins in the cafe stool raising his Arms.

You blush instantly at the word "cute" he thinks you cute??

He turns back to you and settles down and going back to eating his pie. Looking at you "your very smart at this" he says while still chewing. She smiles at you and oh lord his smile is so adorable you blush and turn red.

He finishes his pie "This was.. delicious.. y/n"  You knew he knew ur name because of your name tag.

"No problem.. uhmm.."  "Edward.. It's Edward" he responds
"Your name it's very handsome Edward"  he looks at you and his eyes sparkle when you said his name, he starts to turn VERY red. and you hear him squeak.

"Uhmm.. it is getting very late I must leave.. "  Edward says as he gets up and places $4.35 on the counter and fixes his glasses.  "Well then Goodnight Edward" You say smiling at him blushing  "Goodnight y/n.."  You begin to walk to the back but as hes leaving he turns around " wait y/n!  She shouted. "Yes Eddie?" You reply "Uhm.. i liked the pie alot.. I'll be back for more." He finally finishes his words and leaves.

'He is different then others he may be a bit creepy I mean he said "I'll be back for more" it just sounds a little creepy' you thought to yourself. He's just so cute and looks so innocent.

You finish your shift and go back home to your shitty apartment. You feel as someone is watching you but you brush it off since it's just Gotham.

You begin to undress your self but you still feel watched.. you looked in the window and across it is another figure in a green costume in the  window with a camera. You feel uncomfortable as your in your bra and panties only. You slowly walk over to the window and wink at the person across and then *FLASH* you see the flash flicker and you close the window IMMEDIATELY.

You take off everything and lay down in your bed thinking about one thing. Edward..
