Jaune Goes to Nautilus Academy

Jaune POV

Team RWBY had lead us to Beacon, the feeling of returning was very... bitter.   I had Blake next to me and she was holding my hand and arm, she leaned her head on my shoulder and I felt heat rising to my face.  I look over to see my team smirking and Ajani taking pictures.

Ruby: "So Jaune.... I know it's a big question, but how are you alive?"  She had asked, kind of fidgeting a bit feeling like she pressed an issue.

Jaune: "Well there's a lot to go over, but for now let's just get our dorm situated,  using my abilities takes a lot out of me." 

Yang: "What was that anyways? It wasn't a semblance was it?"

Jaune: "Later... I promise." My vision started to blur a little from fatigue and I stumbled a bit.  Blake immediately supported me up.

Blake: "Come on. Let's get you to your dorm." She threw my arm over her shoulder and helped me get to the dorm.

Sole' POV

I watched Blake carry my brother away as I look over at who I assume is Team RWBY.

Sole': "Well, what do you wanna know?"  I crossed my arms.  They looked like they wanted to make the questions count.

???: "Well I'm Ruby Rose, leader of team RWBY, this is Yang my sister"  she pointed at the yellow girl, "and this is my partner Weiss."  She pointed at the girl in white. "And Well, what exactly was that power he had?"

Ajani walked up and rolled her shoulder a little.

Ajani: "Do ya be wantin' the short or long answer?"

Yang: "We will take the short one."

Ajani: "Well, dat be his Guardian, Bwonsamdi.  Lord of de dead."  I watched her conjure an effigy of Gonk. "Dis be my Guardian spirit, Gonk. Lord of de Pack.  The best way to describe it would be magic."

Ruby: "Magic? But I thought magic died out." 

Sole': "Well somewhat, for some reason the islands of our academy were spared from the eradication of arcane.  We presume it's because of our guardians spirits on the island." 

Lionel:  "That being said, each of us have a Guardian that grants us strength, each however is different.  For example, my Guardian Kimble" as he say that his tiger tattoo glows, "grants me speed and strength for the hunt."

Sole' :"My Guardian Rezan grants me wisdom of Kings and resolute courage, helping me overcome fear and trauma." My chest glows gold as the mark of a king shows."

Ajani:  "And my spirit be Gonk, he helps me by granting me keen instinct that would rival a faunus." She lifts her dreads and her nape shows her glowing raptor tattoo. "All of us of the academy have marks. Jaune is no exception. "

Ruby: "Wait, what academy are you guys from anyways? I've never heard of an academy near islands."

Weiss: "That's right! How do we know you aren't lying?"

We each gave her a look of 'this bitch'.

Lionel: "Well seeing as how Jaune's spirit came out and saved your asses I don't see how you can't believe it."

Yang: "Speaking of, who was that. It's like his voice was twisted with another?" 

Sole': "Dat would be uncle Bwonsamdi. Lord of Life and Death." They all grew wide eyed. "Yeah, he was choosen by him too, so he's a special breed haha." *Crackle* We looked back to see a bit of lightning and electricity crackle in the air and suddenly a portal opened up. Two individuals walked out and I knew them immediately.  "UNCLE ,AUNTY!" I ran over and hugged them both.
