Chapter 2: Party Night

3rd person POV:
Everyone was getting the drinks and food ready for the party. Colby kept having to help Y/n get cups and plates thst were to high bc she was only 5'1 and he is 5'8. Sam and Kat were getting the food ready while everyone else was hiding valuable items in the rooms so people wouldn't take them. It was currently 5 and people were expected at 5:45.

(Time skip to the party)

Colby's POV:
All of our friends are here and a lot of random people. I made sure not to get wasted because I wanted to make sure nobody was stealing and getting hurt. There were a lot of girls coming up to me and being touchy. Each time I pushed them away because honestly I only wanted Y/n. I can't help but worry about her because I've only seen her twice and hope she's not hurt somewhere. A loud cry of help yanks me out of my thoughts. "AGGGHHH HEL-" some girl yells but bring cut off eith a loud smack. Nobody paid attention to it but I rush upstairs and stand there waiting for a noise. "Pleae... don't do this.. if Colby finds out he'll kill you.." a girl cries with pain in her voice. I rush to the bathroom and open the door. Y/n lays on the counter limp, bloody and bruised. A guy hovers over her bare naked body. He smirks at me and says. "I found a toy to play with." "Let.. her.. go.." I say lowly. "Bro I'm just having some fun" he says. "Not with her your not" I say grabbing him my the neck and dragging him out of the bathroom and I start beating him senseless and throw him down the stairs. He cries out in pain but I ignore it and rush back to Y/n and carefully pick her up and take her to my bedroom. I go to my closet and grab a Hoodie and some sweats for her to wear. I look at the bruises on her face and chest. She's bleeding from her nose and mouth and she's bleeding from her... vagina. My body fills with rage as I see what he's done to her. I quickly but carefully put the clothes on and clean her wounds. I walk downstairs and see the the guy is sitting on the couch with another girl. "Your fucking dead!" I yell. I grab him by his throat and drag his ass outside everyone follows outside to watch. I start punching his face and smirk as he tries to fight back but fails.

"Colby stop!" Sam yells pulling me off. "No!" I scream, "He raped Y/n!!" Sam let's me go and pushes me back then grabs the guy my his hair and throws his face into the ground. He puts his foot on his throat. "You think you can come into our home and rape one of our friends!?" He yells anger flaring inside him. I've never seen Sam like this. It was scary. Sam starts to step harder on his throat. "I can't fucking hear you!" He yells. "I'm sorry! The man cries, " I won't come back ever I promise!" Sam let's him go and the guy runs away from our house. "The party is over!" Sam yells. Everyone started rushing to their cars and away from the house. I quickly run up to Y/n while Sam, Kat, Corey, Aaron, and elton behind me. "Oh my god.." Kat whispers. Everyone is on the verge of crying. I go over and get on my bed. I put her head in my lap and get her hair out of her face. She starts to wake up and I tell everyone to stay quiet. "Y/n.." I whisper, "Hey its me.. wake up.." she smokes up a d instantly flinched and puts her hands over her face bracing herself. "Hey hey its me colbs don't worry he's gone" I say in a soothing voice. She slowly moves her hands down and slight smiles while tears form in her eyes. "We're going to go and give you sometime to calm her down" Sam say. I simply nod and they walk out. Y/n starts crying and I wipe her tears and almost cry when she winces when she tries to sit up but is sore. "I know it hurts but don't worry me and Sam took care of him" she nods and snuggles into me. "Colby.." she says muffled. "Yes. "Thank you..." she says with her voice quivering. "Your welcome" I say

Y/n POV:
I feel Colby turn over and his arm goes over me. I flinch from fear but then relax knowing he wouldn't hurt me. I start to drift off.

I'm pulled out of my sleep when I hear a door slam. I look up and it's not Colby's so it must be the front door I get up and have to go slow because I'm sore from.. last night.. once I'm up I wobble to the door and open it. I see Colby and Sam dragging someone outside doing God knows what then Kat came up the stairs, "Hey don't worry about them their just taking care of something." "Is that something the guy from the party?" I question anger in my voice. "Yea.. he showed up again trying to see you to apologize." She says quietly. "Fine." I say anger flowing through me. There's a rush of adrenaline so I can't really feel my pain. I stomp downstairs and swing the door open to go outside to the guy. "Y/n go inside he's not going to hurt you" Colby says. "I'm not worried about that" I tell him. I walk aver to the guy and kick him in the face. Blood starts to poor out of his nose and mouth. "Please! I just wanted to say sorry!" He cries. "You wanna say sorry!? For raping me! Taking my virginity unwilling!" I scream. I kick his dick. He cries again. Colby and Sam are standing behind me laughing at the man. After a few minutes of kicking and screaming at him I tell him, "If you ever.. come near me, my friends, our house.. I will not hesitate to kill you." "Ok! Ok! I won't ever come back!"
