Bro I cant for the love of god,, I started writing April 1st,, So I have decided that I just wanna post this and update it as I think of quirks.

Hero Name: Luckster
Quirk: Lucky Charm
Description: Can manipulate his own luck, and other's luck as well! He can make them really unlucky and have their quirk backfire, or their quirk be extra powerful! It doesn't work with ONLY quirks, too! It can be smaller things, too, like someone deciding to be extra kind, or making a date go amazingly.
Drawbacks: Will sometimes just not work. It's kinda on and off

Hero Name: Double Moral
Quirk: Fighting Spirit
Description: When his quirk is activated, his appearance and personality change slightly. His physical strength and stamina increase a good deal, at the cost of this alter ego being able to run rampant for an hour. No more, no less. Kiyotaka and the alter ego, who dubs himself "Kiyondo", share vivid memories and knowledge. Kiyondo may or may not remember something Kiyotaka did, but will gain the knowledge of it happening, and vise versa. They both are also able to control fire, Kiyondo a bit more so. The fire is created by their internal body heat, so you'll often see him bundled up
Downside: It only lasts an hour, so if a fight goes on for longer than that, then Kiyondo will not be able to fight. He also can't activate his quirk for another hour, aswell. Getting them cold will also render them close to useless.
Fun Fact!: His grandfather actually had the same quirk

Hero Name: Blizzard
Description: It's essentially Endeavor's quirk, but with Ice/Snow. Again, like Taka's Fire, he creates it from his own body heat, or rather, the lack thereof. He doesn't show off his quirk by making his facial hair burn, but rather by creating small ice crystals on his cheeks. They're subtle, yet cool!
Downside: He can and has accidentally frozen himself before. Taka had to unfreeze him, which was NOT fun,,
Fun Fact!: The OG creator made it based off his unused punishment!

Quirk: Leader
Description: When he snaps, he can control anyone until he snaps again. In this state, they will listen to his every command.
Downside: He doesn't have full control over his quirk, and can only control one person at a time. Also, once he gives a command he can't be stopped. Controlling one for too long will give him a headache.

Quirk: Insult
Description: He can insult literally anyone and then it becomes true for 30-45 minutes.
Downside: It sometimes backfires on him, so he will be affected instead of who he's insulting.
Fun Fact!: His quirk is the least likely to backfire when he says stupid /j

Description: Anything he draws becomes real.
Downside: Cant be anything living.
Fun Fact!: I actually kinda like Hifumi so he'll appear in a good few chapters.

Description: He can see into the future. Said and done-
Downside: A) Migraines if overused B) He can't use it for more than a few seconds, but he will know where he saw it, when he saw it, and how to get to the location. He's better at rescue missions

Description: They can make animals out of electricity that they have control over.
Downside: The larger the animal the harder for them to control.
Fun Fact: His favorite animal to make is a horse since it's mountable, and the electricity gives it a speed boost!
