Bell was a simple teen if you consider wanting to be a hero normal.Bell heard stories of great heroes winning great battles and winning the lady.He aspires to be a great hero to protect those he loves and maybe get a girlfriend but he wasn't prepared to be a hero yet for he was only level one and no one wanted him that's why he's grateful to the goddess who wanted him but later on her lets see what bell's doing in dungeon

Bell: Why!Why!WHY IS THERE A MINOTAUR ON THE FIRST LEVEL!?

Bell screamed as he was being chased by a big buff minotaur he was panicking going random directions trying to find a way out but he reached a dead end

Bell: I-i-it's a- Huh?!?!

He turns slowly as he faced the monster his life flashing be fore his eyes this was it..he couldn't be a hero and he would fail his goddess...fear in his eyes as the monster raised it's axe ready to strike down but it never came

Bell saw the minotaur frozen unable to move he saw an axe head on it's shoulder it shattered to reveal a pale man with a head on his waste and a boy next to him unable to move he awaited his fate.The boy approached him and asked

???: Hello? You alive? Father I think he lives

???: Carry him...we will seek help for him once we find a way out

Soon Bell finds himself on the back of the boy looking for an exit eventually the trio find themselves at a city soon people arrive help tending to his wounds he watches as the two strangers head for the guild he hopes to thank them if they meet but since u know the title they will meet
