'What is a seven letter word for "Kill me"?' Bonnie asked exasperated over her daily portion of crossword.

'Try "Charlie".' Charlie walked into the kitchen and dived into the fridge, looking for something edible for breakfast.

'Hey, it fits.' Bonnie laughed, cause it actually took seven letters.

'Told ya. Should have it on a T-shirt, after spending hell of a time with this one here.' Charlie smiled at Damon, who was making pancakes.

'Want some pancakes?' Damon gave Charlie a fake smile.

'I told you a million times, Damien. If you make me a vegan pancakes, I'll dig in. But so far you hardly pull off regular ones.' Charlie said, munching some fried noodles leftovers.

'You know, now they're quite edible.' Bonnie complimented.

'You see, I give out everything, while you two can't find a way to get Bonnie's magic back.' Damon uttered. 'You are useless.'

'I told you a thousand times, Damon! Witch magic is not a switch off, like humanity. It's about inner peace and strenght.' Charlie gasped exasperated.

'And that's why Charlie and I practice every day yoga, meditation...' Bonnie said, clearly upset.

'Well apparently witchy stretching is not enough!' Damon spitted.

'There also can be extreme situation, like you getting staked.' Charlie hissed, quickly taking a knife from the island and aiming to stab Damon, but in the last moment he grabbed her hand.

'A-a-a.' He waved his finger at her. She released herself from his grasp and put the knife on its place.

'Well, alright, I admit, that was just for my pleasure.' Charlie gave a sneaky half smile.

'Despite those BEAUTIFUL blue eyes I still think you're Katherine.' Damon chirped.

'And despite those ALMOST-charming ways of yours, I still think you're a dick.' Charlie smiled back, then her voice turned to acid. 'You know annoying Bonnie won't get her any closer to getting her magic back, you just lash out your own insecurities and missing Stefan, Elena and other people. Just as if Bonnie didn't want to get back to her friends as much as you do. Maybe you just wanna cover the fact that among us you are the useless o...'

'ENOUGH!' Damon shouted, pushing Charlie at the fridge so hard it trembled, then he choked her with his arm. 'Don't think that just because it's just three of us, you won't get killed.' He hissed into her face, throwing thunders from his eyes.

'Damon, STOP RIGHT NOW.' Bonnie said with strenght but half-heartedly. She witnessed such scenes way too many times to actually care or believe Damon would harm Charlie.

'Feel better after some beating up defenseless girl?' Charlie smiled when he let her go.

The quarrel looked exactly like many others before. It wasn't even funny any more.

Charlie left the house for a stroll around Mystic Falls. She casually wandered the streets until her feet took her to the hospital.

She was taking those innocently looking walks every few days, Bonnie and Damon always thought it was to get out of their sight.

As much as it was truth, she had more pressing matters to handle.

She walked into one of the examination rooms. She took out bloodbag from a medical mini fridge.

Charlie gave it uninterested glance and took three slow sips. Then, without hesitation, she corked the bag and put it back, among other bags.

Quick glance into fridge was enough to see there were only six bags.
