That morning

Felix's POV:

I woke up with a headache, well its not like I never do any other day. I rubbed my eyes and sat up, Y\N was still asleep, it hasn't been like that for a long time. I've hardly ever woken up before them, they're probably just faking it so that they don't have to talk to me.

I buried my face into the crook of their neck and snuggled into them beneath the duvet sheets, before I saw familiar eyes open,
"Hm, Good mornin, Felix." They said groggily, lifting themself up.
"Morning, honey" I replied, smiling slightly.
I'm glad they're still with me after all this time, like they haven't left me.

second-person pov:

You got out from the bed and so did Felix, clinging onto you again,
"Come back to bedddd." He smiled, resting his head on your shoulder from behind you,
"Why? It's 9:00 am"
"Cause we should snuggle." He picked you up and placed you back down onto the bed, grinning playfully as if he'd never smiled in years. Which, in fact, is probably true. He crawled onto the matress and nuzzled his face into your neck, planting small kisses onto it,

"Felix," you giggled, "what's gotten into you all of a sudden!?-" And yet, the man didn't give you a clear answer, instead he stated a simple,
"I love you, Y\N," his voice started to become shaky, "I always will."
Eventually he broke down into tears,

"I'm so sorry."
"Aw, hun, what're you even sorry for?"
"I ruined everything last night, you dont love me anymore!"
" ...Felix... What makes you think that. "
"You do so many things for me! and what do I do? I get drunk and sit there feeling sorry for my own sad life, I'm just a burden to you."
" no you're not... "
"I only slow you down"
"Felix-"

" I don't deserve your love. "

These words began to make you cry too, and, with tears streaming down each others cheeks, you embraced each other tightly,
"Oh, Felix, my darling!- Don't say any of these things about yourself, please. I love you so much I love you more than anything else in the world!"
" Me too- me too-"
"And I know you're trying your best for me, I know."
"I'm sorry I'm rude to you about it though," he sobbed, " you just want whats best for me and I know that. "

And soon enough, you two calmed down, and all that was left were two bodies hugging each other like the world depended on it.
