"Just write your name right where Brian did, I will make sure to contact you if you get the role. Thank you, Tim! Tim is it?" The director, also named Alex, asked as he held about ten papers or what's over and gently tapped them on the wooden table to make them form a clean shape. "Yes, it's Tim." - "Alright then." He continued to pack folders in his backpack, along with the camera. "Hey Alex, Tim and I are going to get dinner. Interested in joining us?" He spoke as his freckles stretched on his cheeks due to him grinning gleefully. "Oh, no, thanks." - "Come on!" - "..Mm, no.. Really. I've still got some work to do. Y'know.. auditions and stuff." - "You sure?" Brian tilted his head and made sure to insist for the last time. "Yeah, I'm sure. Have fun, you two." - "Alright man," they politely shook hands. "good luck!" Alex only nodded and glanced at the male that anxiously stood behind the blondie. "Nice to meet you." - "Likewise-!" They both shook hands as well. Tim and Brian made their way to the restaurant.

"So!" Brian started as he moved his straw in a circle order. "What do you think of Alex?" - "Mm.." Tim thought for a moment, he exhaled the cigarette's toxic smoke and tapped the edge of it, making its ashes fall on the plate in front of him that was filled with pasta and red sauce leftovers. "He's very.. busy?" - "I know that." - "I mean.. it doesn't seem like he has time for himself." Brian stopped playing with his drink, he frowned slightly and it appears that his smile faded away. He took his time to think about it. "Are you okay?" - "No, not really. Do you really think Alex is that hard on himself?" - "Mhm. Try to take a deeper look at his eyebags, shaky hand movements, you know." - "You're smarter than I thought." They both shared an amused chuckle. "Just saying!" Tim spoke then inhaled again from his cigarette. He stared back at Brian; however, he got disturbed by the figure that stood right behind him. Tim eyed the individual with anxiety.

It isn't the first time he sees it, but it sure never got old from its intimidating form. If he would to describe it, he'd go as tall. Very tall. Maybe 10 foot tall. A dim, bony, faceless and motionless being. It does nothing other than mess with his brain and make him hallucinate horrible stuff, such as blood or even gore. "Tim! Snap out of it!" His eyebrows raised as he shook his head and realized that he dropped his cigarette. "I'm.. sorry. You know it's competitive.." - "I know that. Did you take your pills?" - "I preferred if I'd take them after eating, so, no. I did not." Brian only nodded and got up. "Well then, let's keep going!" - "Yeah.. You're sleeping over?" - "I sure am!" The shorter one smiled in relief as they both made their way back to Tim's house.

"Tim! Hey Tiiim!" The male groaned as his eyelids flickered open. He turned to the side only to see his friend, holding a pill case. He sighed and sat up straight, stretching his arms with a tired frown on his face. "Good morning, dearest! It's time to take your medicines. It's already 10AM." - "Maaan.. some of 'em taste nastyyy.." Brian smiled and opened each case of the pill organizer. "I know that, but you have to take them in order to not go crazy throughout the day." - "Brian!" He received a gentle punch on his shoulder as they both tittered. Brian took out one pill of each; antipsychotics, anti-depressants, excedrin and naproxen.

After he was treated to continue his day, the two decided to go out for a calming walk.
The pebbles crunched under their shoes, the sun was warming and the chanting of active birds eased the men up. They sat on a bench and admired the alluring view of nature. Tim turned his head to Brian and finally spoke. "I probably need to rant about something right now." - " 'Probably' ?" - "Yeah.. I'm not sure if it would be worth it." - "Shush those thoughts! Tell me what's on your mind." Tim parted his lips apart to answer but glanced away, very hesitant. "Well.. it's about my hallucinations." Brian changed his pose into a more 'listening' one. "What about them?" - "They seem so real." - "Yeah..? That's what your condition makes you think!" - "No-.. they.. don't feel like hallucinations anymore. It's starting to affect the objects around me. I promise-!" Brian took a deep breath and softly grabbed both of Tim's hands, forming them into a small ball. "It is okay to view things like that, but you should accept the fact that you're ill." - "Well I've been ill since I was five, I don't know what to tell you." - "I want you to tell me that no matter how hard your condition gets, you will fight it." - "..Oh.." He went speechless. Brian is really the type to give someone hope. "Everything is fine." He squeezed his hands tighter. "..Swear..?" - "Swear."

Consider making Tim smarter than he is shown to be in the series.

My sincere appreciation.!
