A: yes, the story's very loosely defined and no they do not explode via pipe bomb, regrettably. 

Q: did this actually take 6 months for a loosely defined story

A: i retcon things a lot bc my ideas change every second

Q: how old is everyone shown in this... lovely april fools' joke (you prolly noticed i mentioned a few ages)

A: since this takes place 5 years after canon and there's no canon ages (w/ the exemption of gingerbrave), i just took my hc age for each character and aged them up by 5 years. to be specific:

coffee's in her 30s

gumball is 15

roll cake is 24 (do NOT ship him with gumball that's gross /srs)

pancake is 11

kiwi biker is the same age as roll cake

custard is 14

pure vanilla is old

Q: why is pv a placeholder

A: i have no idea what to do for his design

Q: tell me about the things you retconned (nobody asked this)

A: there's a few

- the au started as this thing where gumball falls through a river and finds jelly walkers and takes his jelly walker counteraprt back to the kingdom which results in a LOTTA death and then gumball's the last non-infected cookie so he kills his jelly walker counterpart but gets infected by him. yeah i have no idea either

- at one point it was just crk's story but with my awful team which at the time consisted of crepe, werewolf, chili pepper, sparkling, and gumball

- at one point the jelly walker gang canonically had a discussion about pee every wednesday /srs 

Q: why didn't i know about this

A: i am terrified of judgement

Q: are you planning on actually finishing this

A: yes if i'm capable of retaining interest in cookie run
