Damn, why I didn't thank of the fact that someone could have video taped it, I need to go see Brie, I know that I don't really talk to her, this is for my cousin and brother.
I pulled up to Brie house and walked too her front door, I started knocking until some man answer the door with wide eyes then back up making Brie come in to view.
"Oh Karlos why you here?...oh my god is Y/n okay? (She panicked) making me calm her by putting my hands on her shoulders.
"Relax she's fine for right now" (I said) making her sigh in relief
"Okay what do you need" (she said) looking at me
"I need to know if any of you video taped the shooting , the confrontation?" (I said) with hope
"No I didn't neither did Nikki, we was scared " (she said) making me nod and put my head down.
"I got it on video" (someone said) making me look at who said that and saw it was Birdie
"Please if you do will gladly help" (I said) making her come down the stairs and show me the video.
I walked the whole video and my heart just broke over again watching both my cousin and my baby brother get shot.
"Thank you Birdie can you send me that or send it to your mother and Brie can send me it but after you do that delete it off your phone" (I said)
"Okay...is Roman going to be okay? Is y/n going to be okay?" (Birdie asked) making me sigh
"Y/n is going to be okay but I don't know much about my brother" (I said) honestly
"Can you tell y/n I'm sorry for how I treated her, I was just upset that my dad and mom didn't work out" (she said) making smile and nod
"Yea I'll let her know" (I said) walking to the front
"And Brie if I was you come see her" (I said) walking out the front door then closing the door

Where the Fuck did Karlos go
I saw My lawyer walked through the door in jeans and a button up giving me a "what the fuck" look
"Mr.Jones long time no speak man but I think I am in some shit but I just don't know yet" (I said)
"Okay we will handle that when it comes , but what I am most worried about is you laying in this hospital bed , tell me how this happen" (he said) sitting at the bottom of my hospital bed
I told her beginning to end , and I told him everything as he was writing everything down.
Once I was down, four officers walked through my door standing there
Especially that trigga happy cop making me stare at them
"What the fuck is this" (I said) looking at them
"Y/n Y/l/n Sanchez, you are under arrest for the attempted murder of Dell Clips, You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have a right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you."
"Attempted Murder man, I haven't even saw that nigga let alone done anything to him" (I said) confused
"Y/n enough talking, I am her lawyer and for what I know you was suppose to read her rights before you shot her and her cousin, as in there was not reason she should have been shot if she didn't know what was going on" (my lawyer said) making me look down.
"We can talk down at the station, but the doctor said you will have a full recovery as in your good enough to come with us" (they said) making me shake my head.
As I was getting out of the bed to get handcuffs on, I heard footsteps coming in the room making me look at the door to see Brie.
"What's going on?" (She said) looking at this bullshit
"They are arresting her for attempted murder and you are?" (My lawyer said) confused
"Brianna Garcia just call me Brie, uh I'm a friend of hers" (Brie said) pointing at me
"Oh hi nice to meet you, i'm Mason Jones , y/n lawyer" (he said) as they shook hands
"Okay well y/n im going to need you to put your hands behind your back" (the officer said) I try to but my chest started hurting so I stopped making him grab my arm causing me to hiss at the pain
"Wait wait handcuff her from the front, your hurting her and you suppose to make sure she's not hurt any way as police officers she has rights" (my lawyer said) making the officer tell me turn away and I put my hands together as they handcuff me
I was glad I got different clothes cause I definitely didn't want to remain in my bloody clothes so I was happy when my cousin drop off clothes for me before he came to see me but murder man I will not murder Clips even though he gave me so many reasons too but I never acted on it.
As I was walking out the hospital, I saw Karlos and Nia talking, Karlos looked my way looking real confused making me shake my head and walk out the hospital.

Brie Bella pov
As I watched y/n walk out the hospital with her lawyer and police officers I stayed behind since I can't really go much farther.
"What the fuck just happened" (I heard Karlos say) making me shake my head and then look at him
"They arrested her for attempted murder" (I said) making Karlos sigh and rub his head
"Who they said was the victim" (he said) calmly
"Uh I talked a little to her lawyer while walking down the hall someone name Dell Clips" (I said) making Karlos lean his head back.
"Are you fucking serious, I will tell you more but I gotta go, Nia I will text you later" (he said) kissing Nia cheek and leaving... I was confused
Nia came up to me and put her hand on my shoulder
"Regardless of anything , you can't be stressing so much it's not good for you" (she said) making me nod
"I know but I messed up our relationship so bad, you don't know how much I love her and she doesn't know that, she's just mad at me and won't talk to me, she won't even look at me, I made a mistake" (I cried)
"I know but she's young let her figure it out, all you can do is be there for her and tell her the truth that you been holding from her" (she said)
"How can I, she's going to jail for murder for god sake would it matter would she care" (I said) pulling my throw over towards my body making Nia nod
"I believe she will , i'm not the biggest fan of her but she seems genuine when it comes to you" (Nia said)
" OK then after this weekend I will tell her that
I'm 4 mouths pregnant"
