Author POV
Taehyung enter his room, as soon as he sat on his bed his eyes fell on y/n photo frame which was on the nightstand beside the bed. He look at y/n photo and unknown tear slip from his eyes. He promise her to protect her at any cost but now look how she is hostage by Baekhyun, it reminds him how weak and vulnerable he is, he took the photo frame and kept it close to his heart, look at y/n smile in the picture, his heart sank, it was as if someone had ripped his heart out of his chest. He was numb. Tears wouldn't come to his eyes, and he couldn't even tell if he was breathing at the moment. "Y/n?" He called out softly, though he knew it was useless,
He blame himself for everything, he wished
He never met y/n, “it's all because of me, if I would have stayed away from y/n, then today her life wouldn't have been to danger, i should have kill Baekhyun that day, when he kill my parents.” Taehyung thought
Taehyung took a shaky breath before sitting up, running a hand through his hair, immediately doubling over and letting out a loud cry. The numbness had gone, now placed with a dark and heavy emotion he couldn't quite place, his arms wrapping around his stomach as he hugged himself tightly. he couldn't help but all the negative thoughts clouded his mind, He stayed there all night, crying on, he was so exhausted that unknowingly he drift to dreamland.

Taehyung pov
I woke up by someone screaming, I was having a terrible headache, as soon as I got on my feet, someone bang in my room, it was none other than Lisa. “KIM FUCKING TAEHYUNG!!” lisa eyes were red due to anger, at this moment lisa could kill anyone who comes in her way.

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?? BECAUSE OF YOU MY BEST FRIEND IS IN DANGER?? YOU ARE A COWARD!! YOU CAN'T SAVE MY BEST FRIEND!!! ” “lisa! Calm down-....” Taehyung tried his best not to lose his control, first of all he was sad and angry upon himself that he couldn't protect y/n and now Lisa is also blaming him, “WHAT NOW? BECAUSE OF YOU MY BEST FRIEND IS IN DANGER, DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THAT MONSTER CAN DO TO Y/N??!!” “JUST SHUT UP!! I KNOW THAT YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT YOUR FRIEND, EVEN I AM ALSO BUT THAT DOESN'T GIVE YOU RIGHT TO BLAME ME!! DOES IT??, AND TELL ME ONE THING WHO WAS WITH Y/N?! WHO WAS THE ONE PROTECTING Y/N??!! WAS IT ME?? NO RIGHT THEN HOW CAN YOU BLAME ME??HUH??!!” “I-..I..l am sorry” lisa hung her head low, she was guilty for shouting at taehyung And blaming him, but what she could when she woke up she heard that her one and only best friend is in danger, all the negative thoughts surrounded her, she only thought that they wouldn't be in this situation if only taehyung had killed that man ‘Baekhyun’ and without thinking twice she end up saying harsh words to taehyung, she very well knew that the poor boy is also heart broken, it was not taehyung fault but what now, she regret lash out on Taehyung.
“What?? Your sorry can't bring my y/n” taehyung let a airy laugh and glance at lisa. “Please forgive me Taehyung” lisa begged taehyung forgiveness. Taehyung sigh deeply
“Please leave me alone for sometime” he said, lisa nodded and left the room immediately.

Taehyung POV
I went downstairs and greet everyone. Jin hyung came out of kitchen and hug me “tae i know you are sad and don't worry we will help you to find y/n” “yes, tae we will help you but i guess Baekhyun is planning something, so we have to be careful ” “yes, i will investigate about it” yoongi said “ok hyung, let me help you” “no jungkook, you be with taehyung and let us find them in the ancient city” “ok, I am sure we will find y/n before sunset ” namjoon hyung reassure me. I gave him a small smile. “Taehyung??..” lisa call me, who was silent all this time, “ummm can I talk to you?” I nodded indicating her to continue “alone??!!” I nodded and everyone left the room giving us space. “what do you want to talk” “umm i just want to apologise for my mistake, i know it was wrong to blame you but i was very angry and afterall we wouldn't be in this situation if only you had killed that man in the first place” Lisa apologies, but her tone was rather rude, Taehyung sigh he has no mood to argue with Lisa and now more important things is to rescue y/n “ok, i forgive you” Taehyung said in plainly.
Time skip
I knew he was somewhere inside East City and I'll do anything to dig him out. bangtan was divided into 3 group and are search for y/n in East city. As I looked through the map for any missing place, Jungkook and Lisa entered the room. "There must be somewhere we are missing, he won't be going out of the city, also he will not leave vampire kingdom."Jungkook  said "okay I'll take out the maps" Lisa said and look for them, Taehyung sighs deeply taking information. "It wouldn't be in this situation if only you had killed that man in the first place" Lisa blamed him and taehyung looked at her, he was frustrated "you think it's that easy? And for your information I did tried kill him not once but many times but he always escape" taehyung said angry, Jungkook sigh and pat my shoulder "I know you're trying but this time I'm telling you taehyung, when you get the chance kill him" lisa said and walk out the room, I sigh, I felt tears in my eyes, jungkook notice my sadness and hug me.  when yoongi hyung entered "we have a lead".
Y/n POV
I opened my eyes. My face hurts but I care less. I shake my head and the hair loss and the pin drop. I took the pin with my mouth and reached to open the lock, after 15 min I opened my one hand and soon opened another one freeing myself. I got up, my body hurts but I had big plans for that ass. I tried to open the door but it was locked, i pull my hair in frustration, i heard footsteps, i was scared what if he finds out i was trying to escape, would he beat me or even worst kill me, i was lost in my thoughts, before I could react, the door open and to my surprise it was not Baekhyun, it was........ taehyung.
“Tae” a tear slip from my eyes, tae came towards me and hug me tightly like his life depends on it, he pulled away from hug “are you ok y/n??!! Are you hurt somewhere?!! ” “i am ok tae” I said, then he noticed my eyes “y/n.. y-...your e-..eyes” “wait! What happened to my eyes” “they are red” “wait that means-...” “yes! Now you are Vampire” tae said happily, now his eyes travels from my eyes to lips which has a cut due to Baekhyun slap, “did Baekhyun did this to you??” he ask pointing towards the cut, my eyes widened when I realised I nodded, his eyes which held happyness now turned red due to anger and being Frank he is pretty scary when he is angry “i will teach him a lesson!! How dare he hurt you!!” “calm down tae”, “how could I be calm when-.....” I smashed my lips to taehyung, slowly taehyung also responded to it, I felt butterflies dancing in my stomach, holding Taehyung's hair I lightly pulled it. The kiss was slow and full of care and emotions,  I part away from each other, we look at each other, we were lost in each other eyes, we were enjoying our movement which jungkook interrupted “hyung someone is coming this way” taehyung became alert and push me light towards jungkook, Baekhyun enter the room and saw taehyung, a smirk form in his face “ohh you are finally here to save your little mate, but sadly you can't take her” Baekhyun said laughing like a maniac.

Author POV
Baekhyun stands in front of taehyung, as they both shake in anger. "You cross all your limits today" taehyung said Baekhyun laugh "oh did I, thought killing your parents was enough to get in your bad list (taehyung hiss in anger) the feeling is mutual, your gonna take away my throne I'll remove all potential of the road. And looks like destiny gave me a  chance to fight back what's rightfully mine" Baekhyun said "I wanna see you loss for the second time"  taehyung said smirk making Baekhyun angry "oh I will kill you then, I will be ultimate ruler of vampire and human" Baekhyun said knowing it will trigger taehyung but before taehyung can jump on him, a big rock came towards Baekhyun throwing him away. Taehyung looked at y/n to see her smirk "that's for the slap now you broken head" y/n said taehyung smiled looking at her, he hold back himself to hug y/n, he has a unfinished work to finish first.
Baekhyun chuckled as he got on his foot, wiping his mouth "so tough ha? You'll be so much fun in bed" Baekhyun couldn't finish the word before taehyung launched on him and punched his face "how dare you!! I will kill you for sure" Taehyung said, hitting him multiple times and throwing him away. Baekhyun throw a punch pushing him away, he got up "hmm you become powerful, but not enough" Baekhyun said and he use his vampire power, He throw Taehyung on ground and due that it formed a mist,Y/n was unable to see anything, Lisa came inside "y/n, oh my god (Lisa hug her) your face are you okay, I'll.." Lisa said "no no Lisa I'm fine, I need to see that man get punished by taehyung. He caused so much pain to everyone, that it was not forgivable. He might be felt betrayal by a sudden decisions but what result he put other was far beyond rage, it's evil and no evil should get power over someone" y/n said Lisa hold her shoulder and nod "okay I'll be here with you then” turned towards jungkook “jungkook call dad and bangtan here" Lisa said Jungkook nod and went to a nearby tower to give Lisa's father the location.
Baekhyun use all his straight and fight with taehyung, taehyung try to his best to fight back, "fight with me you coward, finish it for all"- Baekhyun scream to trigger him "Baekhyun.."- taehyung said, Vampires might be smart and calm minded but when they get angry they only see blood, taehyung knows inside that it is the result they all are waiting
even for Baekhyun, sins can only be ended by death and he pushes hard to get one.
Lisa's dad and bangtan arrive the place, they can't see anything, when the air move away soon a fire blast came right in front of lisa but Lisa was fast enough to dodged it, "should we help him?" Jimin asked "no it's a fight they are going with for centuries, it has to end right here without interference" y/n said they look in front.
On the other hand taehyung and Baekhyun, fought, Baekhyun was triggering Taehyung that to a point he lost his control.
taehyung showed his skills that can't be underestimated, Baekhyun also fought hard, he won't back away also.
Taehyung block every hit but wasn't able to block a unseen one that burn his back badly, the wound was deep to heal fast making him fall on the ground Baekhyun took the opportunity to jump on taehyung but he didn't saw the dagger striking out that cut his neck open, he fall on ground holding his neck. Taehyung stood in front of him, Baekhyun couldn't speak, "this is end (Baekhyun looked at him) see you in hell Baekhyun" taehyung said as he dug a wooden stake in his heart making his eyes bright red to white and his body soon become dust. Taehyung falls on the ground dropping the stake, y/n runs to him hugging him tightly as taehyung did the same.

Time skip
Time flew by fast, after the big rescue and fight, the things were fragile for long. Taehyung and lisa was on good terms now, lisa this time apologized sincerely to blame Taehyung for everything, even tho she knew that none of it was Taehyung fault and taehyung also forgive lisa.
Taehyung apologized to y/n multiple times for the scar she got physically and mentally even though y/n never blamed him for anything. It took y/n so much attention and love towards Taehyung to show him it was none of his doing, that he was right and he has a family behind him to hold him and tell him that they love him forever.
