Pt 14

I wake up to Dominic still sleeping, we're in a different position than we fell asleep in. He has his head rested on my chest while his body lays next to me, his arm across my body, the sunshine hitting his face and all I could think of was how he's so perfect, his tattoos in the well lighting as I trace my fingers on them.

I run my hand through his hair, playing with it until I feel him adjust himself. I lay my cheek on his head a little before I reached to my phone on the nightstand, today I have class at 11 so I was okay. 9:23 my phone read. I had to get up to get ready for school. My mom had came back about a week ago but she's out of town again for some business trip, she comes back today.

I shimmy myself out of his arm and manage to not wake him up. I get up and grab what clothes I'm gonna wear, I decide to go with some straight jeans, white converses and a white shirt with a sage button up. I leave in my room make my way to the bathroom and get in the shower, I get out after about 10 minutes.

I make it back to my room and I get dressed knowing Dominic is sleeping. "Hey, you" I shake him with my hands. "Get up." I giggled getting on my bed as he groaned. "Holy shit what time is it." he rubs his eyes sitting now as my comforter rolls down his chest. "Come here." He pulls my hand as I'm trying to get up from my bed. "don't worry it's early."

I get out of his grasp anyway as he gets up from the bed. I'm now brushing my hair upward, He stretches his arms and walks over to me as I watch his reflection in the mirror. "You look beautiful." He hugs me from behind as we stand In front of the mirror, his head rested on my shoulders his arms around my waist as I hold them in mine. " thank you." I smile turning around to hug him. He kisses me on my check.

"Now go brush your teeth there's a spare toothbrush in the cabinet. "On it." He goes to the bathroom. I go to pick up his shirt he had taken off and dropped on the floor.

I hear his phone go off.

The temptation gets the best of me.

my stomach drops instantly as my eyes skimmed his phone. I look up in shock. His shirt still in my hands I throw it back on the bed and quickly walk over to my things finishing up what I have to clean up in order to leave. I hear him come back from the bathroom.

"Hey you're leaving already?" I had walked out the room not saying a word. He closes my door following me after putting his shoes on and grabbing his phone . "Hey Jane what the fuck." He hollers chasing me out of the house. I don't exchange a word.

I put my bag in my mom's car she had given me permission to use. He closes my front door finally catching up to me at the car. " Dominic please don't."

I say finally after getting in the car. He stands there in confusion. I'm reversing the car out of my drive way.

I get to school and see Stacy. "Hey Janey." She hugs me. "You look pissed whats up?"

"Oh nothing I just woke up a little late." I shrug. "Oh okay, I didn't see my brother last night he probably went to go party somewhere, seems like he met quite the bunch at your party."

"That's something." I smile at her.

"Anyways, I'm gonna go into class, I'll see you later ." I say walking away. I had been thinking about it all day. If I minded my business, this wouldn't be happened. it had been hard to focus all day it'll be hard to ignore Dominic.

It's almost the end of school. I'm exhausted and I'm walking towards my locker to put my books away. "Hey Jane." I hear Stacy holler and I look back at her trotting over to me. " hey stace," I close my locker. "Come over to my place tonight we can do the homework." She exclaims. "I'm sorry stace, I can't, I have to clean today and stuff." I sigh as we start walking together. "you can come over to mine though."

"I can't dude my mom's not letting me go anywhere." She sucks her teeth. "Alright I'll catch up with you, Evan is taking me home. "Okay, stay safe"
