Volume 1 - Chapter 13

*Sora POV*

... First of all, how the heck did I get onto this mess?

I am currently with Hironaka once again after everyone decided for me and Hironaka to come along. I normally don't have such problems coming with a girl, and with a beautiful(To be honest, almost everyone in this school is either cute or Beautiful) one at that, but there is one thing that made me really want to stay away from her.

I don't know what she is thinking, the same goes for Tatsuya and Ayanokouji, I can't seem to read their intentions at all when it has always been easy for me. Even Shiro told me the same thing.

But again, it's not much of a problem if they were weaker than me, but voila, these 3 are smarter than me. So you will never know when they may expel someone or even do something bad because no one in the whole class can read them.

But it's what makes them more dangerous for the other classes because no one would know, even the own class itself.

Classes finally ended for the day and we decided to head to a random group of senpais who were getting some free food. And not going to lie, they look pitiful as hell..

"Um--- Hello senpais," I said with a hint of nervousness in my sentence, the three senpais turned around at me and they glared at me for interrupting them.

"What do you want? Pun-"

"There are CCTV cameras nearby so I suggest not doing anything," I said bluffing, although there is a nearby camera, it can't view this spot for some reason.

"Tch, what do you want?" One of the Senpais, who looks like the leader, looks at me with such a grump expression.

"To be honest, this sight looks pretty pitiful, you guys eating some free, yucky foods. So we're willing to buy your midterms from the 1st year with 10,000 points." I said bringing out my phone. 

To be honest, I have a lot of points to use so there is no point in keeping the price low, but keeping it at the lowest price we can get is the goal so that we won't waste any points.

"30,000!" The senpai argued back. we half-expected this to happen, that's why the two of us came here anyway.

"10,000" 

25, 000!"  I wanted to argue back but noticed Hironaka shift a bit beside me, looks like she wanted to do her part now so I stopped.

"U-um, excuse me---" Kaori said as she stepped forward, as shyly as possible. Her acting is quite amazing i should say.

"We really need the MidTerms since we don't want anyone from our class to be expelled," Kaori said as she latched onto the arm of the senpai who was arguing back with a puppy face, I can't help but notice the senpai blushing.

I wonder how would Ayanokouji react to seeing this?

Anyways, the way that Hironaka said that must've given the senpai an impression that we were from Class D like him because he was thinking so hard about it. After a few minutes, he lowered the price, which was surprisingly low, but it was fine anyway.

"15,000.., That's the lowest I can get." The poor senpai said as Hironaka thanked him, Hironaka brought out a Cellphone and transferred it to the senpais.

"I'll send it later." The senpai said as they left. After a few minutes after they left, we high-fived each other as we smiled happily.

*Ayanokouji POV*

After the very annoying talk I had with Horikita, I went back to the classroom only to find Kaori and Sora giving out answered MidTerms papers, I was given one too.

Looks like they fixed one of the current problems we have in this class, the next are those, people who were lazing in class. In other words, Houtarou, Karma,  and Sakuta.

 Although it is quite unbelievable since they got high scores on the quiz, it is true. Ellen-sensei may not have mentioned it but these people were actually the cause of the 18 points.

Most teachers who were teaching us said that it was because we were only 18 students but their lies are very obvious to see through. If observed, properly, you can properly see them dazing off or doing an entirely different thing in class, thus the loss of points.

It normally wouldn't matter because they are getting high scores anyway but listening and paying attention in class is a part of it too, and it would be pretty bad if we got demoted...

Wait-- demoted...

"..." Kaori stared at me with a deadpanned expression, probably already knowing what I was planning and I just smirked faintly at her, so no one saw.

I have another plan, which would not just help our class but other classes temporarily(of course). But that's my intention, helping them.

I won't spoil it so you readers won't be dismayed and disappointed by knowing what'll happen early.

A few days passed and nothing interested happened, and now it's the MidTerms, everyone was ready to get 100, well-- almost everyone...

"Alright class, we'll start with Social Studies! I know you guys wouldn't cheat but it doesn't hurt to give a warning." Ellen-sensei as she passed the MidTerms.

As we expected, the questions were quite similar to the MidTerms of the 2nd year students when in their first year.

But the question was pretty much easy so I didn't need the sheet given to me a few days ago but oh well--

I started answering(correctly), wanting my answer to be 100 as to not disappoint my classmates.
