I sit in the library studying for a chemistry quiz coming up soon.
"Hey Audie."My best friend Blair says taking a seat next to me.
I roll my eyes smiling at the nickname.
"what,it's cute."She explains noticing my gesture.
I stay quiet continuing to scan through my notes.
"anyways... so there's a football game later on,you coming?"She smirks at me playfully.
"uhmm I don't know i've got work."I blush slightly smiling.
"oh please you don't clock in until after the game."She points out and I laugh.
"pleaseeee come with me!"She yells quietly shaking my shoulder.
"okay,I'll think about it!"I say laughing.
"oh my gosh."She blurts. "what?"I ask noticing her change in tone.
"okay,don't make it noticeable,but look behind you."She whispers.
I turn around pretending to stretch.
And there he stood talking to the librarian.Light brown hair.Dazzling light blueish eyes.6 feet something inches.Joseph Lee Burrow.The guy i've had the hugest crush on since like he transferred here.
I feel butterflies in my stomach as I face back to Blair.
"so now do you wanna go?"She teases.I laugh slightly,looking back at my notes.
Time Skip~
I sit on the edge of my bed waiting for Blair's message.I had decided to go to the game and was ready to go.
I pulled my wavy hair into a ponytail and put on a simple outfit for the game.

"On my way!"Blair texts.
Time skip~
We walked into the stadium just a few minutes before the game started.
"where do you wanna sit?"I ask Blair.
"hmm how about kinda in the front but not really close just in case,cause you know we don't want the ball hitting us,that would be embarrassing."She blurts nervously.
"okay so how about in the third row?"I ask cutting her off.
"yea that's fine."She shakes her head.
We walk through the people saying "excuse me" until we find empty seats.
I sit nervously looking at the field scanning for Joe.
Time Skip~
After a couple minutes into the game we already had the lead 3-18.Joe made his way to the sideline taking off his helmet and lord did he look fine doing it.
I continue staring and am caught off guard when he looks back at me.I immediately become flustered as the eye contact continues for a moment.
Joe's POV~
I was making my way to the sideline when I look up into the crowd.My eyes meet with a beautiful girl making me quite nervous.
"she has been looking at me play this whole time?"I think to myself immediately overthinking.
I walk back and forth looking up every now and then.And when I did our eyes would meet every time.She was hot.
Audrey's POV~
A while passed and the game was over.We beat the other team 3-42.But that was sorta besides the point because OH MY FUCKING GOSH.JOE AND I WERE MAKING EYE CONTACT.My body immediately filled with happiness.He kept looking and looking.And I can't really recall because the emotions took over me but I think at one point Blair pointed out that he was checking me out.
I walk out of the stadium smiling really hard.
"woah looks like you got shot by a love angel."Blair laughs.
I smile continuing to acknowledge what just happened.
"you can day dream about Joe later Audrie right now you gotta get to work."Blair says knocking me back into reality.
"shit."I gasp saying goodbye to Blair and heading off to work.
Once I got there I greeted my coworker and put my apron on over my really cute outfit.I worked as a waitress at a diner.
I grab my notepad and make my way out of the back when I hear the bells on the door signaling someone is walking in...
