You walked back from the cafe with the two. You laughed a good amount of the way, kaminari just had that effect on you.
Trouble started when you got back.
As you entered your room kaminari followed you, hugging you from behind.
"Baby, " he whispered softly, "I know you don't wanna talk about what happened, but if you ever do or if you need to just cry and vent you can come to me or kirishima or you can even call bakugou. We all care for you so much, we all love you so much. You don't have to be strong about this. You can be scared and hurt and sad it's ok. I'm gonna be here, whatever you need."
His words flipped a God damned switch in your head and you felt a lump in your throat and your mouth began to feel dry. You felt your eyes begin to water as your body gave in, collapsing completely. Kaminari stumbled to catch you, not expecting the sudden fall. The flood gates were open like a dam bursting from the pressure. You couldn't help it, hot tears stung your cheeks and were ice cold by the time they reached your chin, your vocal cords weren't under your control as you began wailing and screaming as you turned in kaminari's arms. You were sat on the floor now, his arms wrapped around you and your head in his neck.
He rocked you back and forth in his lap, rubbing your back and whispering reassurance. Your nose was running and you couldn't stop now, even if you wanted too. Your voice ran shrill and your lungs burned with your screams. You hiccuped between wails and could barely breath at times.
You had no idea how long it went on until your screams settled into sobs, then sobs turned to hiccups, and hiccups turned into sniffles against kaminari's neck.
"Shhh baby, it's ok, it's ok, I'm right here." His hand moved along your back. His shirt was now wet and his neck was soaked but he didn't mind, he was only concerned with the small boy in his arms.
You finally managed to catch your breath, pulling away from him slightly, his hand shifted, stroking your cheek.
"Dada... " your voice was soft and hoarse as you spoke.
"Yes baby, dada's here."
"I-*hic* I wan snowy!" You pouted softly as he nodded.
"Ok baby, can you tell Dada where he is?" He smiled, helping you calm down.
You pointed under your bed and he bent down, fishing the toy from underneath your bed.
You held the stuffie close to your chest as you looked up at your Dada.
"Dada?"
"Yes baby?" He gave you a soft kiss to the forhead.
"Can- can we invite kirishima?" You looked down into your lap as you spoke.
"Of course we can why don't I text him." He smiled and pulled out his phone, "while we wait, why don't we get you all taken care of."
He lifted you off the ground, setting you on the bed. He walked over to your desk and pulled out your white pacifier, sticking it between you lips. He opened your closet and picked out some comfy clothes for you.
He set the clothes on the bed and grabbed a tissue box, wiping off his neck and your face until you were both clean. He kissed the button of your paci as you looked at him, a soft pink appearing on your cheeks.
A knock on the door interrupted your moment.
"Hey, it's kirishima" you knew the voice behind the door as denki moved to open it. "Hey man, I brought you the spare shirt you ask for."
He handed kaminari a piece of blue fabric as the boy thanked him. Kiri then saw you sat on your bed, arms wrapped around your stuffie, knees together, lips curled around your paci, and red eyes and face.
"Oh, what happened?" He asked as he made his way to you.
"Dunno" you answered soft, "I just- I just started crying, but Dada was there so it was all ok." You looked at kaminari, now with his blue shirt on.
"Well I'm glad you're ok now." Kirishima ruffled your hair and sat next to you.
"Well angel, how about we get you dressed ok? Kirishima avert your eyes." Your Dada made his way over and kirishima turned to face the wall.
"Ok, Dada."
He started by stripping you of what you were wearing, leaving you feeling vulnerable and small in a good way. He then had you stand up and step into a pair of soft panties, pink with little clouds on them. Then a panda onsie with shorts as opposed to a full leg with a pair of soft white knee high socks with lace at the top. He pulled up the panda hood and you were finished.
"Ok kiri, all done!" The red head turned around and his face lit up when he saw you.
"Awwwwww~ such a cute little baby! Oh you look so beautiful, little one! Can kiri have a hug?" He opened his arms and you moved forward, smashing your head into his chest and giggling at his cutesy baby voice.
"Well, cutey, what do you wanna do, huh? Do you wanna watch some cartoons or play a game? Maybe have a snack?" You thought real hard as you held onto kirishima's chest.
"Hmmmmmm. Let's watch Mickey!" You smiled up at your caregiver. He smiled and pulled up the covers for you to snuggle under.
Kirishima already had your laptop open and you entered your password. He opened Disney plus to find Mickey Mouse Club House in your continue watching and pressed play.
The two quickly joined you under the blanket, kaminari wrapping his arm around you and kirishima letting you rest on his shoulder.
It wasn't long before the warm comfort consumed you and your eyes began to shut. Kaminari pulled you into his arms as you dozed off softly, content and relaxed for the first time in days.
