"NOVA AND JAYLEN COME EAT" I yelled which made me hear little feet coming

"Hey mommy" they both said which made me smile at my babies

"Hey my loves" I said while kissing both of there cheeks

"mommy we go to scool today?" Jaylen asked me

"Yeah but you gotta eat first" I said while they nodded

I started packing there lunches while throwing a surprise in there for them so that way when they open it they'll enjoy it

"Okay I packed y'all lunch, so y'all ready?" I asked as they nodded jumping down and grabbing there bags which I helped put them on

I opened the door so we could walk out and lock the doors behind us which I did and left the townhouse we currently stay in

I put them in there car seats and shut the door to my Honda Accord and pulled off to there daycare while playing there favorite song "What happened Virgil"

I pulled into a parking spot while hopping out and grabbing the twins but had to get there picture before they headed in

"Sign them in here and your good to go" The lady said which made me nod while letting the twins go to there classrooms

I walked out while making sure to watch my surroundings and hopped into my car while wiping my tears cause my babies really growing up and decided to post there first day of school pictures on insta

I seen that comment but I chose not to respond cause at the end of the day he still didn't reach out to me about his kids and said I was trying to lie on his name so I'm good

It's time where the kids ask but I just tell them that he's outta the country and can't come back as of right now, but at the end of the day it's his lost and mine to gain but ky'aire do resemble him a lil bit

I pulled off to my job so I can the bag in and go back to my moms and get the kids after I'm done cause I usually work late so I can give my kids everything they need

It's now at least like 5pm, I just got off the phone with my mom and she told me the kids were watching cartoons in there playroom

All I can say is my mom was a big help during my pregnancy after I told her the father said fuck me, she helped all the way through and I appreciate her for that and many more cause I wouldn't be where I am without her or Ayla tbh

I swiped my badge to clock back in to work which somebody already let me know that I had a patient in room 203 so I headed there so do my check up

I looked up and read the name turbo which made me confused until I walked into a grown man and his friends room

"Are you turbo?" I asked

"Yes, yes I am" He said winking which made me roll my eyes and walk in

"What brings you here today?" I asked him

"I got shot" He said bluntly

"I- nvm continue" i said as he gave me the whole fake ass run around like I ain't know he in the streets

"Than my homeboy Dre gone tell me that I can't do shit right so I shot his ass in his leg nie we both here" He said which made me shake my head by the name

We heard a knock which made us look back and as on cue my no good deadbeat BabyDaddy Dre walked in which made me go back to his friend turbo

"Nigga I should kill you, shooting me in my damn leg nie I gotta be on damn house watch" His friend Dre said while he shrugged

"You're all good, but you might have to stay overnight so I'll be your afternoon nurse and you'll have someone come in for your night and morning" I said as he nodded

"Aye excuse me, what's your name?" He asked me

"Emoni" I said while cleaning up and looking back at him to see his response

"Well nice to meet you Emoni" Turbo said while I said likewise and left out of his room

I made it back home which I was glad in my opinion cause I really was tired and my mom had told me she wanted to keep the twins since she knew I'll be tired

so I hopped in the shower and did everything I needed to do while hopping out and moisturizing my body as well, while proceeding to hop in my bed

I grabbed my phone and scrolled on Tiktok while just laughing at videos than falling asleep slowly
