i was laughing and joking with mads while the door slowly opened revealing nick.
n: could i speak to her
he says to mads
mads looked at me to make sure i'm okay with her leaving and i nodded yes and she left, nick closed the door and came closer to me
n: babe

he held my hands and i got up to face him
n: i love you so much okay, jaden told me everuthing and i'm so sorry for pushing you away to continue to beat him up and i know why you didn't want me to carry on.

he grabbed the end of the duvet and put it over us, he then took my phone and turned the lights off from the app that it's connected to.
a: keep the lamp on
he turns the lamp on, and puts my phone on my bedside table.

nicks pov
i was staring at the ceiling while avery was sound asleep, i really do love her, she's so nice, considerate, cute, sexy, perfect.. she's perfect. i love avery hossler and i know she loves me, knowing that makes me the happiest man alive.
i could hear her lightly snoring, i'm so happy i make her feel safe and comfortable.
my phone starts to ring and i pick up
n: hello
??: hello i'm calling from (random name) hospital
n: is everughing okay
??: i'm afraid your mom.. maiya austin is injured
n: what! how?
??: she got into a car accident

n: what! how?
i woke up to nick raising his voice
n: i'm on my way
he ended the line
a: baby what's wrong
he started crying and i sat up to face him
a: baby
he wiped his tears, i held his hand and i rubbed it lights
a: what's the matter?
n: my mom.. she.. she's hurt
a: oh my... how?
n: she got into a car accident
he was shaking
a: she's going to be okay
he put his head in my neck and i hugged him

i was still in the dress from yesterday, i changed into leggings and one of nicks hoodies

i held his hand as we walked outside to the car, it was 4am and the roads were quiet. i drove to the hospital.
we got to the room and she was laying there unconscious
n: mom!!
he ran to her and held her hand, a doctor walked in and said;
d: shell make it she's just injured
n: who crashed into her?
d: im not sure but the footage showed a red toyota
nick looked at me and i knew exactly who did it, so did he.
n: thank you
the doctor left
n: i'm going to kill him
he gets up and leaves, i follow him

he didn't reply, we got to my car and he just stood there
n: give me the keys
i gave them to him and he got into the drivers seat, i got into the passenger seat, he drove to paytons house and got out, i followed him
and he banged on the door, nobody opened the door so he kicked it down.
jo: oh my gosh
n: where's ur son
jo: he's upstairs
we went upstairs and payton was on his pc

payton turned around and looked shocked, before he could get up nick punched him in the jaw
n: let's hope it breaks and never recovers this time.
p: calm down
n; don't tell me to fucking calm down you put my mum in the hospital because u lost a girl for mentally and physically abusing her are you feeling okay?
nick grabbed a bat from the side of paytons room and smashed both of his monitors
p: OI
n: oh your gonna raise your voice at me too
nick pushed him and punched him, he kept punching him until his face was full of blood
n: let this be a warning, don't come near me my girlfriend her family or my family.
with that me and nick left
