The rain trickles down the leaves leaving a trail only the ants can see. Some animal or beast uses their high pitched voice to make a call throughout the swampy wetland surrounding our protagonist. Even with the storm fast approaching the only thing on his mind is the target that he must hunt and eradicate.

The wet grass under his feet gives away his position from a mile no 10 miles away. Yet he doesn't care. The only thing that matters is getting to the tavern by the time sun falls and darkness enters the air. As most alien planets go you don't want to be out here during the dark.

The trail to enter the town is covered in stone and blood yet somehow oddly inviting. Whether it's a war that left the bloodshed or a brawl from the streets it would take more than the rainfall to wash it away.

Next to a couple of barrels of an old traders post there is a deflated ball most likely from kids in town. The unnamed Hunter scopes out the swamp that this town calls home. There seems to be no one around the entrance no guards, no kids playing. There are houses on each side of the road and the pub in the middle at the end of the street. Lights are on at almost every house he passes. A small whisper is throughout the town. Whether it's the wind or people talking as they look through the curtains. They scurry away before the Hunter makes eye contact.

The storm is fast approaching yet the protagonist is in no rush. He makes his way down the street to the loud sounds of music and yelling at the pub. Here is where he will find what he is looking for.
