Context for the story:
You and I are two closeted nonbi kids at a religious and homophobic school. We have been sent there to PrAy ThE fRuItY aWaY-- Usually everyone just don't give much fucks abt what we say or do so we can be ourselves. We both really like the cuphead show and we take almost nothing seriously about it or anything else. Just normal best friends. Kinda the sus ones tbh ;v;
ALSOO we both are pan so the story can go the way y'all want it to based on the ships:)) Oh and I forgot to mention that the en of ur hair is colored 2 your fave color ok enough abt our description for now.

So anyways we kinda just get to the Inkwell Isles (Tell me if I keep spelling it wrong) and we are at Elder Kettle's house. Turns out, he teleported us by accident so in exchange he temporarily adopts us and tries to get us back home. (Lemme explain the teleportation part. So Elder Kettle has that special pen and ink that makes anything real what he draws with it. So he tried to draw people and it caused us to get there. The thing is, he only drew Y/N without knowing he is drawing an existing person and when an ink drop landed on the paper we both got there. Get it, cuz in the future my head is just a big black spot and the spot on the paper looked kinda like it)

We cannot find out how to get back (but also we kinda just don't want to) so we spend a couple years there.

Since we are the only humans, we are considered to be "freaks" but we couldn't care less. It's still better, because nobody knows our deadnames, and finally we are called by our preferred names.

We get to the casino when we are older, not bothered by the fact that we have been away from our family. Obviously it was Cuphead's idea to go to The Devil's casino so our group of dumb lil kids (u&me 17yrs | Cups&Mugs 15yrs old) had raided the Devil's place.

Guess what, spoiler alert, we all loose our souls and get stuck at the casino. I also loose my face but it will be explained in the story, later on.

So we immediately get hired as:
Cuphead: Waiter, but sometimes has to pretend to be an extremely lucky guest, so the others won't get bored ofgambling (This is an actual job at real casinos btw)

Mugman: Waiter

Charlie: Waiter too (hell knows why they need that many waiters I mean this is a casino the should have some already) Got their hair cut shorter and more stylish, cuz it was incompatible with a casino of The Literal Devil.

Y/N: Waiter again, but can sing really well so will also preform sometimes. I need to make yall get closer to that dice ik hat ya simps like.

We also get cards themed uniforms.

Since The Devil doesn't want two freaks to work in his casino he decides to turn you into a spider (you will have more hands that appear when you want them to and also have fangs cuz hot lmao)

I'm already not a human bc I have no face, just the eyes & a mouth and also can shapeshift bc I need a cool ability too ;_;

The dishes can still shoot bullets but they don't use it often anymore. Also they might have their DeMoN fOrM if y'all want that.

I WANT TO WARN YOU THAT I WILL USE CURSEWORDS IN THE STORY!!! I sometimes use those too often, and I wanted to put there a warning if anyone is uncomfortable with that kind of stuff.
