Walking alone down the street, hugging her books close to her chest, Shivangi was lost somewhere again.

Particularly thinking about her life.
How nothing changed. How every time she thought about her life and, him, her heart sank.

Suddenly some clouds clashed together and light winds blew across her face. It was drizzling a bit. As she wore a thin cotton kurta it didn't bother her much and even if it did, she was too engrossed in her thoughts to bother.

The little droplets of water fell on her face.
Her tears found company in them and she tried her best not to whimper in the middle of a lonely street, lonely, just like her.

The drizzle was slightly increasing it's pace.

"Why do I love him so much?"
Her mind hunted for answers but the heart knew it all.

Here she was getting drenched in the rain and her stupid heart, in love.

He would never understand her love for him.

She was walking aimlessly, she had a shawl draped across her chest so that her books don't get wet.

Life had just been too hard on her.

There came a bus stand where someone was standing with a bike.

She was walking past it when someone pulled her under the shade.
It was him. Mohsin.
Those dark brown eyes and his wet hair falling over them.

He was holding both her upper arms tightly like he had some sort of right over her, which he did.

Mohsin gazed at her a little longer than he should have. Maybe a sense of attraction for this girl had already crept in his heart. But for her, this was her best and worst dream coming true.

Shivangi's swollen eyes just showed how long she hadn't been happy.
He left her after realising how long he held an unknown girl. Just 7 seconds, and anyway it felt heavenly to hold her like that and he didn't know why.

She looked to the other side not being able to digest the fact that they shared a moment for the first time.

Shivangi was so nervous that she couldn't even meet his eyes. Thinking how she looked like a psycho during the first time he ever even noticed her, she felt like crying all over again.

"Hey!" His deep voice rang in her ears giving her goosebumps.

"Tum aise baarish mein kyun chal rahi thi?"
Mohsin genuinely asked her.

"Uh um...woh main chhaata laana bhul gayi thi toh socha aise hi chali jau waise bhi mujhe baarish mein bheegna pasand hai."
She would've just disappeared if she could.

"Koi pareshaani hai kya? I mean tum mujhse share kar sakti ho..."

"Aap mere liye itni chinta kyun kar rahe hain? Aap toh mujhe jaante tak nahi. Aap please fiqr mat kijiye. Main theek hu."
