"Get out, you stupid cat" she yelled as she pushed me out into the cold night. The fluffy, luxurious cat smirked at me. Would I ever find a nice place to sleep? I thought as I strolled along the deserted alleyway with my head hung. As I turned a corner my heart missed a beat, there, in front of me stood a gang of snarling dogs. Suddenly, I saw them turn their attention to me. Their feet sprang to life as I ran as fast as I could through the dark night. I saw a big delivery truck in the distance, and I did a dazzling leap, and landed neatly in a parcel. I was finally safe from the dogs...and finally had a place to sleep. I woke up, from somebody thudding me on the floor. Suddenly there was a bright light that appeared from the top of the box. There was a stunned, girls face, staring down at me. "Mummy, theirs a cat in our mail!" She cried out, as she picked me up, and squeezed me. I Nuzzled against her, I had finally found a new home...
