Kurin looked out the window and laughed to themself.
Through their window and the one of the house next door they could see Dan dancing around his room with some kind of disco lights on, blasting music loud enough that even from next door Kurin could recognise it as songs from Monster High.
They didn't think Dan had noticed their window was open and Kurin could see him jumping around wildly to what sounded like Steal the show, they'd considered texting their neighbor but they didn't want to ruin his fun.
However just as Kurin was about to turn back to their laptop, Dan stopped dancing around for a second to wave at them, the music nerd waved back slightly awkwardly. The red streaked gave them a grin and a thumbs up then went back to wildly dancing around his room to the song.
Kurin smiled, Dan probably knew his window was open the whole time but just hadn't cared if anyone saw him vibing or not.
Yeah, that sounded like Dan alright.
