Descendants: The Daughter of Scar

Chapter 1

Siobhan's POV

"Seriously Doug, what is Ben thinking?" I said to Doug as I paced around my dorm room while I was ranting to him about what Ben has decided to do for his first official proclamation for becoming the King of Auradon which was to give four selected children from the Isle of the Lost a chance to live in Auradon and they are the sons and the daughters of the four most feared villains in the land. I'm Siobhan, the daughter of Scar and I was abandoned by my parents when I was a baby after they left Auradon for the Isle for the Lost and they left me behind in Auradon while they were banished to the Isle of the Lost. Fairy Godmother had found me after my parents had abandoned me and she adopted me and I always have considered her as my mother since she raised me ever since she adopted me and her daughter Jane was born just a year later after Fairy Godmother had adopted me and Jane and I have always considered each other as sisters despite the fact that I'm adopted and we're also best friends. Ben and I have known each other since childhood and our parents have known each other for a long time too and Ben and I were always playing with each other since our parents were always discussing royal business together and Jane, Lonnie, Doug, Ben and Fairy Godmother are the only people who know that I'm the daughter of Scar and no one else knows that I'm the daughter of Scar except for them.

"Well, look at it on the bright side, you finally have some people that you can relate to since you and the other villain kids are the children of the villains" Doug said to me before I said to him "Yeah, well, I didn't grow up on the Isle of the Lost like the other VKs, I wasn't raised by a villain because my parents abandoned me as soon as they could get rid of me and I was raised for my whole life in Auradon by Fairy Godmother" "I know but maybe you could be a guide to them" "Oh stop it, Doug, everyone else thinks that I'm the oldest daughter of Fairy Godmother and no one else knows that I'm the daughter of Scar besides myself, you, Jane, Fairy Godmother, Ben and Lonnie" "I know but you should just give them a chance and you might find that you have some other things in common with them" "Alright, I will" "I have to go now since the band is performing at the VKs welcoming ceremony, I'll see you later" "Alright, I'll see you later" Doug then left my dorm room and I sighed before I walked over to my fireplace mantel and I looked over at a picture of Ben and I from when we were little children before I grabbed the picture frame and I looked at the picture, Ben and I were sitting on one of the stairs on one of the staircases in his parent's castle and we were posing together and I missed when we were young and carefree and never having to worry about responsibilities or being grown-ups and having everyone putting the pressure on us to be like our parents before I sighed as I put the picture back up onto the mantel before I said to myself "If only you knew about my real feelings for you, Ben" I have a crush on Ben because he's cute, kind, helpful and a great best friend to me but I don't know if he feels the same way about me because he treats me like I'm his best friend and I don't know if we could ever be anything more then best friends.

I then walked outside to my private balcony and I looked outside while I was taking in a breathe of fresh air before I felt someone grabbing me and hugging me from behind myself and I then turned around to find Ben standing in front of me before I said to him "Hello Ben" "Hello Siobhan" Ben said to me before I asked him "How long have you been standing behind me?" "Not long, I just wanted to see you before the welcoming ceremony for the villain kids" "Ben, I support you with this decision but I don't know about this, it just feels wrong to take those four kids away from their homes and their families" "Look at it on the bright side, you'll have some friends that you can relate to about being a child of a villain, I didn't just decide to make this my first official promotion for them, I chose to do this for you because you deserve to have some friends who are the kids of the villains" "But they were stuck on the isle of the lost, I wasn't stuck there like them, I was raised here and I was abandoned by my own parents who didn't love me at all, I don't have anything in common with them besides being a VK" "Well, they are coming to stay here, why don't you be their royal guide?, show them how you have grown up here and convince them that if you can change and be good, they can change and be good too" "Alright" "That's my girl, are you coming?" "Yeah, I'll be there soon, just give me a few minutes" "Just don't take too long" "I won't" I said to him with a smile as my face as he left before I turned back around and I took another breathe of fresh air before I started to think about the first time that I met Ben.
