Acidic & Monjii

The meeting (part 1)

First meetings are always so hard, Monjii nervously bit at his nails as he glances at the time, he'd schedule a meeting with his best friend, from online, one he's known for 5 years and more.
Never did he realize how nervous he'd be, especially how talented his best friend was....

Glancing at his watch again, he notices someone drive by the curb and step out. The figure was beyond anyone Monjii had ever met, his eyes widen as he stands up. Walking to the figure, known as Acidic. His best friend.

Acidic turns his skeletal head to Monjii and managed a greeting smile, "Monjii, finally... we meet."
Monjii swallowed his nervousness as he nods, "Yeah... you look great, right this way."
Acidic moves to walk besides the other.
The two were quiet walking besides, headed to the nearest coffee shop they had planned to discuss things for.

As the two walk in the coffee shop, Monjii settles for his favorite drink as Acidic sticks with skeleton water

Once sat near the window towards the back of the shop, Acidic sits across from Monjii as he looks at the other, "So you wanted to talk about being Roommates?"
The nervous butterflies come back to Monjii’s stomach as he nods quietly, trying to keep the redness in his face from growing. "Y-yeah."
Acidic pulls out a notebook from his cloak as he jots down the beginning plan. "Alright, we'll have to plan how to get money, food, furniture....-" the list goes on.
Monjii meanwhile doesn't listen to a word but only to gaze thoroughly at Acidic, how he glowed, spoke perfectly, so calm and collected. His cheeks warm at the thought as he took a sip from his coffee.

Acidic stops when Monjii’s hand motion rise and watch him sip the coffee with ease, despite his calm facade, he couldn't help but stare a moment longer. The room seem to fade away as both just look into each other's eyes.
Monjii looked away first as he coughs awkwardly. Acidic places his pen down, rubbing his boney head.
He gives a heavy sigh. "Look...I have something to tell you."
Monjii turns his head slowly back to look at Acidic, "What is it?"
Acidic looks at Monji with pure intent.
"I... love you. I do. And if you feel the same. Please... accept my offer of being my boyfriend."

Monjii widens his eyes as he turns red as a strawberry, he coughs as he rubs the back of his neck, "I...l-love you t-too...A-Acidic..."
He took a moment to breathe, "Yes, yes! I'll accept!"
Acidic gives his grimly skeleton smile, placing his hands on the table as Monjii took Acidic's hands in his.

And so it was, Monjii and Acidic were together.
