The art of letting go,
Wanting to move on,
But your heart is glued into the past,
Looking at a broken mirror,
Reflection of once past self,
Wishing that you can go back in time,
Just a fraction of chance to relive it once more.
Unfamiliar reflection,
Broken motivation,
Her love is like a star, its so far.
Its so ironic how much you gave love to others,
But only leave a fraction to yourself,
When will you be tired of pondering,
If your love was everlasting,
Looking back at the days that has gone by,
Thinking how did it come so fast,
Wishing you could hear that i love you once again,
A memory that will forever stay at the back of your mind,
Wishing you could wake up with her smile once more,
Knowing that it couldnt happen again,
Something so obvious but you hide the fact,
Like a deep cut covered with a bandage,
Trying to cope even you already lost all hope,
You're falling into an abyss,
Where no one cares a shit,
Loosing the sense of reality,
Wanting to be set free,
Set free from this miserable reality,
Craving for something euphoric,
Dodging all possible logic,
Never seeing that the answer is just infront of you,
You're just to stubborn to understood,
That where you stood doesn't matter,
Its actually where you finish,
So stop living in the past,
It will only paralys you
Seeing a broken reflection,
In a mirror full of deception,
Missing my happy self,
Only seeing a cry for help,
Can we really be happy, knowing that person is already with someone else,
You're not the victim,
No one does,
Its just life's uncertainty,
Shallow tears,
Howling fears,
Crushing your dignity to prove your love,
Is like a dog licking on its own crack,
You might feel everything is already over,
But there is a saying that after the rain,
Come a rainbow,
The turbulence in your life is just a rain,
Believe me,
Just keep going,
And you'll eventually see a rainbow,
A rainbow that signifies the long awaited smile,
A smile in your eyes,
Knowing you survived,
A deep inhale of euphoria
A strong exhale of the pain,
Finally your heart and brain,
See only one thing,
Its better to love without pain, than to feel pain with love.
Soon enough,
Youll be able to laugh,
Without hiding any agony,
From this reality.
