His quirk can use clouds/stars to his advantage like he could jump up into the air using his shoes(they made his shoes to bounce super high) get clouds or stars to use like he has 2 controls the first one is blue (he names them by colors) the second one is red witch he uses the most red can make stars into granades (exploishions ) blue can make stars sparkle and distract the villain for 1 whole minute. Red in clouds can change the clouds rock hard after he shape shifts them into weapons and blue for clouds he can brings down a cloud and make a storm with is the only disadvantage is that if he doesn't have enough fuel power /charge from his print on the forehead his powers weak so he charges it by sleeping Outside
