Prologue 0-3: Rise of a new dorm

Frost groaned in annoyance "what are we waiting for can we just fix this place already?!" He was clearly getting irritated with the drops of water that were coming through the roof. It had been nearly an hour since avean left to get grim, and he still has not come back.

"Not until avean is back, you know we want him to actually recognize the building and not get lost right" Kemuri said, making Vasuki and drago snicker.

"Are you alright Ryoma, you've been awfully quiet" Ayuno asked a bit worried, he stared at Ryoma who only hummed As a response.

"A storm is rolling in" he said looking out the window "avean better get back fast" a sigh escaped his lips while he ran his fingers through his hair. Although he acted like he didn't care, Ryoma cared for his group a lot, they were the closest thing he had to family and he couldn't imagine what he'd do if he lost one of them. Ayuno lay a comforting hand on his shoulder, Ryoma looked back at him with a glint of worry in his eyes.

"He'll be okay, it's okay now, we're safe and nothing is here to harm us" he said in a soft voice, Ryoma always had a constant fear of something bad happening when he didn't have a way to keep track of his apprentices, even if he let them wander off for the slightest second, if they weren't back by the time they say they were he would automatically become a panicked mess. It's just something that developed over time from being ambushed, captured, running etc. Ryoma shut his eyes tightly, he was especially worried for Avean since he was not only the smallest in dragon size but he was also the weakest upon the group.

"I see him he's here" drago said, his body was halfway out the window pointing at the sky, when they looked up they saw the small silhouette of a human. Aven flew down to the window, grim then peeked up from his back to be on his shoulder smiling. Avean's hybrid wings, horns and fluffy tail showed out, his legs had also turned into his hybrid limbs, he climbed in through the window and hid his horns and wings but kept his tail and limbs.

"No one saw you right? No sign of anyone fallowing?" Ryoma asked a bit stressed, he took a firm grip on aveans shoulders.

"Nothing to report" he answered  "dutifully" with a goofy smile, Ryoma chuckled a bit at his playfulness then patted his shoulder. out of all of the kids, he had a more brother bond with avean.

"Is this where we're staying" grim asked slightly disturbed by the appearance of the dorm.

"Not for long" Elliot smiled, grim gave a confused look at him. While frost groaned, he let out a huff relieved that they would be able to change this place.

"Ugh finally, what even happened to you? What took you so long to get here?" Frost asked with crossed arms.

"I uh..." avean scratched the back of his neck nervously, it was the most typical thing for him to do "I got lost.." he chuckled a bit anxiously making Ellie and Levi snicker.

"Wait, what will we do about furniture" Kemuri asked, everyone turned there attention to him "we can fix this place up but we can't make new furniture" Ryoma thought for a moment before turning to Ayuno.

"We'll worry about it tomorrow let's fix this place up and in the morning we'll try to work out a plan for this place" he said, everyone nodded in agreement.

"How are we supposed to sleep without beds" frost asked cocking a brow at him.

"Well you, Levi, Elliot, avean, Ryoma and Vasuki can sleep in hybrid form, the rest of us can huddle up to you for warmth" Ayuno stated, frost and Levi looked at each other, frost was about to speak when levi cut him off.

"We can't produce heat" Levi stated bluntly, frost nodded and made a hand gesture at levi.

"You know what I mean" Ayuno groaned slightly and turned on his heel.

"But what if someone sees?" Vasuki asked, it was a clear question that hadn't been noted until now "I mean, we were born in this world so they obviously know what we are if they saw us" he looked down and bit his lip.

"Like I said they'll be in hybrid form, they don't know this is our home world, they think we come from a different world so I'm sure we could make something up" Ayuno, wasn't in the slightest worried in fact he seemed to be the most relaxed upon any of them.

"Well now that this is going to be a new dorm we should pick a name for it" drago insisted with a smile, he was always the one to try and take there minds off of the bad stuff.

"Hrm..we need a name that best suits us and our kind..even if others don't know what we are" Levi said putting a finger on his chin "but first let's get this place in shape" he insisted.

After they fixed up the dorm they spent the next few hours coming up with names, after many thoughts they were stuck between two "Dracotaur" and "draconity" they were both good names to choose from. Dracotour strayed a little far from there species so it might throw people off if they were to ever find out they aren't what they say they are. But draconity represents what they are and in a form it respects there kind, before they couldn't continue any further when a few ghosts showed up.

"Are you the ones who fixes this place" one chubby ghost asked, Levi nodded in response, he smiled "thank you it looks just as beautiful as it did many years ago" he smiled happily.

"It's no problem really" avean said smiling "it was actually really fun to do, and I'm glad your happy" frost rolled his eyes at avean, always trying to make quick friends.

"We'll let you live here prank-free as thanks as well" a skinny ghost said pleased.

"Cool!" Drago exclaimed "but if anyones down for a prank count me in" he added with a snicker, the three ghost chuckled a bit before disappearing.

"You just made a deal with the devil" frost deadpanned at his brother.

Drago shrugged "eh" he said simply, and turned on his heel to leave.

Kind of a Short prologue chapter but I wasn't sure what else to do sooo ye anyways im not sure when I'll get back to this to do the next chapter don't worry it's not be long but I also have other books too do as well.
