The Old metal Toilet.

" Can't myself speed up a little? I don't know if I can hold it or not!" Timothy said trying to drive even though he's only 15 years old, he tried to move ahead faster because he desperately needed to find a lavatory so he can pee since he drank so much lemonade at a diner, he and Jane went to a bit ago.

"Can't you just wait?" Jane says to Tim, Timothy typed into google maps looking up the nearest rest area and it said there's one 3 miles away. He can handle that and when they got to the rest area, Timothy went to a building that's very old and small and had the word, "Gentlemen" labeled on the door, and he went inside and was disgusted because the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned or redone for years or never! He unzipped his pants and began to take a leak into the dirty metal toilet while groaning happily "Aaaaahhh!!!" He sighed happily as he peed into the toilet, the sound of urine goes into the toilet echoed loudly through the whole bathroom including his loud happy groans and sighs as his bladder emptied. After the last few drops came out and he felt his stomach grumble loudly, Timothy thought to himself, "Oh great, now I need to poop too?" he sighed and dropped his pants and under-shorts down and sat on the metal old toilet.
Obnoxious gas unleashed out of him and ended with a crowning of a thick large red marked green turd. His stomach groaned in agony pain loudly echoed through the whole bathroom, He moaned and groaned as the turd stretched wider and wider and finally, a splash echoed through the bathroom along with Timothy sighing in relief, another big turd softly came out of him and the grunting noises while he pushed echoed loudly through the whole bathroom. He felt a humongous one but was shocked to find out that parasite worms are coming out of him along with it, once it splashed into the toilet. He was done and he unrolled some tissue and wiped himself and in horror, the worms that came out of his behind and crawled their way up his shirt and onto his neck. It took Timothy a while to find out these worms are actually threadworms! He flicked the white worms of his neck and after done cleaning himself up, he pulled his trousers and under-shorts back up and saw the threadworms in the toilet along with his digestive remains. He putted his hand on the chain and flushed the toilet by pulling the chain down, after hand washing. He will never experience that bathroom ever again!
