A problem to solve

I wake up and see Mirabel " Mirabel?" "Y/n your awake!" She hugs me then sit's on my bed next to me "What are you doing here" I asked "Tomorrow is Antonio's birthday and we have this party, and I wanted to know if you were coming" "Sure, I love to!" She smiled and left my room

I went downstairs for breakfast "Hola Hermosa" My mom said as she put breakfast on the table "Hola mama" "What did Mirabel want she came earlier" she asked me "Oh umm, she was telling me that tomorrow is Antonio's birthday and wanted to know if I was coming"

"Well that sounds fun, but you have to take Noah" I almost choked when my mom said that "What why!" "Just do it" "Ok" I was so mad I just left without eating the rest of my food,  to take my mind off of that I went outside and walk around town

I see Luisa with the donkeys and I decided to say hi since we don't talk much "Hi Luisa" "Oh, Hi y/n how you" She sounded startled "I'm good how about you" "I could be better" "What's wrong" I asked, "You know that feeling where you think you have to do something so people can think you're worthy of something?" She said sadly
"Yea" "Luisa can you turn the bridge" One of the people in the village said

"Sorry got to go see you later" she said as she walked away

I continued to walk around town until I bumped into someone "Sorry I wa-" I look up and see Carlos "Oh hey Carlos" he looked at me annoyed and kept walking "Hey what's wrong?" I asked him "Nothing just go" He said, he sounded mad but I ignored it "Something's wrong and if you tell me I might be able to help you"

"I said nothing now go away!" I didn't want him to get even madder so I stopped asking"Ok...." I left in silence, I wondered why he was so mad I know he could be mean just to be mean but this time it looked like something was wrong and I was gonna get to the bottom of it

I went to the daycare to find Camilo because he was the only one who knew the most about Carlos, I saw Camilo playing with the younger kids "Hey Camilo can I talk to you" I asked him "Sure what do you need" He said, "Ok so earlier I saw Carlos and he looked mad and sad, do you know what happened or did he tell you anything?" "No, but I think it has something to do with Antonio's birthday" "Should we spy on him" "Sure but later I still have to help"
