Power(s): Pain Ifflictoin (She can control people's veins. She can make the veins smaller, making her victim in pain). However, if she does it for a long time, she will feel light-headed and faint.
Positive Personality Traits: Bella is a polite young lady who listens rather than talks. She is patient, intelligent, and reserved. However, she is sadistic, mentally/emotionally not stable (but, she usually can hide it at times), snaps at certain subjects, and is manipulative. If you get to know her more, you will soon realize that she is a hurt soul.
