It was Monday again and even after all that happened I still had to go to school, not even once I could stay at home, but I woke up, got ready, ate breakfast and I headed out for school. Something that morning really surprised me, the Smiths moved out and a new family moved in. But what surprised me the most was that the youngest son, about my age, goes to the same school as mine I thought I'd introduce myself on the way to school but that would just be weird, so I waited untill lunch. It wasn't gonna be hard to make friends with him, seeing that he has no friends. I saw him in the cafeteria, sitting at a corner table next to the dustbins and close to the bathrooms. I didn't hesitate to approach him the embarrassing part was talking to him. I sat opposite him and started the conversation with a simple 'hi'. But he's reply was as bad as my topic.
"I'm Jade, what's your name?"
"I'm Matt" he replied. We started talking, the conversation was going great,we talked about our lives, still I didn't tell him about Nia... You get those people who start judging and he will probably say something like"you've gone crazy". But none of that came to mind. We talked about a lot of things and of course the bell had to ruin our conversation,to bad we weren't in the same class but we saw each other at the end of the day, when he had realized we were neighbors... To be honest he was a better neighbor and better friend than Stacey Smith.
