~Y/N POV~
"Villain secured." The officers said.
I sigh in relief.
"Ah thank god that's done." I said.
"That was good, Chaldean. What did you do? Was that part of your quirk? How strong is your quirk?" Nejire bombarded me with question.
"Nope, not saying out in the open." I said.
"Ahw, party pooper." She said.
Then we hear a lot of people just inside the gates of the Hassaikai mansion.
"There's a lot of commotion inside." Nejire said. "We'd better hurry."
"We're off to a late start, but let's head after Nighteye." Ryukyu said.
Everyone nodded and started to walk into the mansion but I see Uraraka and Tsu suddenly fall down.
"Master, behind you." I hear Merlin say.
Me and Ryukyu turn around at the same time and see that Rikiya has healed. We also see officers on the ground as they've also been weakened.
"He's inhaling their life force?!" Ryukyu said. "How? He's not even touching them!"
"The boosting drug I got from Irinaka finally kicked in." Rikiya said as he stood.
He starts to bulk up more than he was earlier.
"This is bad." I shout.
I scroll through the names on my watch and call Mash.
"Mash switch!" I shout.
"Right!" Mash said in reply.
Mom and Mash switch and I pull out Mash's Shield.
"Stay behind me, Ryukyu!" I shout.
"I feel full of energy!" Rikiya tries to punch everyone.
I stand in front of him and activate the partial Noble Phantasm.
"Lord Chaldeas!"
I shout and the shield grows. It extends its range and block the punch from Rikiya.
"His strength has been boosted." Ryukyu says.
"Go Ryukyu, I'll protect them." I say.
"Thanks, Chaldean!" Ryukyu says as she passes through the shield.
She meets Rikiya with a claw attack that Rikiya dodges. Rikiya tries to answer back but Ryukyu catches the punch.
I plant the shield to the ground and turn around to get everyone behind it.
"Mash, hold tight." I say.
Mash appears behind her shield and holds firm.
"You got it, Master." She says.
