Crown Prince's Pov: She turned to the door and walked out but before she could I grabbed her arm and without thinking I said, "Violet just give me one more chance.... please?" I looked down at the floor. I heard her said, "Hm... I'll think about your highness." I let go of her still looking down at the floor. My face was burning up. I hear the doors close, and I walk over to the couch. What was I thinking? You hate her not love her. But it seems she really has changed. Right, I only need her for me to become king don't fall in love Ethan. While lost in thought the doors had burst open. "Ethan what is the matter with this I thought you didn't love her!" "I didn't, believe me Scarlets my love!" I said rushing over to her. "Ethan, you wouldn't leave me, right?" She said sobbing I felt sweat dripping off my face as I try to reassure her.
Violet's Pov: I walked through the halls with the paintings of the imperial family decedents and loyal members. I soon reached the exit and stepped out of the black palace that was decked with rubies. I continue to walk to my ride home. I stepped into the carriage. It wasn't a short ride home, but it felt like it did. I had many thoughts in my mind. The crown prince was the male lead of course, and he hated Violet. But why did he not want us to divorce? My best guess was that because he needed me to become king. But it could be that he had side feelings for Violet. Oh well it didn't matter because he's a jerk and it's best that I distance myself away from him if I want to live longer. I got home and left to my room I got changed out of the dress I wore to the imperial family and put on a dress more to my likings.

After getting changed I craved for some Earl gray tea, so I called that sweet girl Anne to bring it to me. As I drank the tea in my room. I went over my memories I have from the book. After a few minutes of thinking, I called over Anne to give me paper and pen. As soon as she was dismissed, I continued to write my memories from the book down. Apparently, an assassin had poisoned Violet. Ig guess before violet can re-enter her body, I entered it instead?? It says in the book that she survived it and blamed it on Scarlet. But of cores it didn't end with just that. I took another sip of my tea and then Anne came into the room.
"My Lady, his highness the 1st prince has sent you a letter." Anne said handing out the letter.
"The first prince, I see." I said taking another sip. I took the letter from Anne and dismissed her.
hm... right the 1st price was the son of the king's original wife, and the current crown prince was the king's beloved mistress. From what I remembered the first prince was violets first friend.
I wonder how's he like... I looked at the letter at my hands and opened it.
The letter had said:
Dear Lady Violet,
I've heard about your meeting with his highness the crown prince. A little birdie told me that there was a ruckus during your meeting. Although I was a bit sad that you haven't sent me a letter for a while, I managed to get through it. I was quite worried you know. Anyways my trip to Wister Land is going great! Thier food is great and me and the knights are working hard to fight off the monsters here. We saved a village, and the people gave us a place to stay in for the night. Being a Captain isn't easy but I'm confident to come back safely. I forgot to mention how is you and my little bro doing? I wish that I can come see you both! I hope you're safe too! Remember to take care of yourself and sorry if my brother causes you any trouble!

It seems that violet and Arlo were really good friends. He seems like a great and bright person. I guess father has covered up the fact that I've been poised too. Well, It would be impolite to not send a letter back. I got out the pen and paper from earlier and wrote him a letter. after sending off the letter time has passed, and I ate dinner with Father. I felt tired. Very tired. Well, it is late now. I changed into my night gown and fell asleep on my bed.
