3. MEETING NEW PEOPLE

Akshara's POV

So finally we have landed in Mumbai. Yess! The kids have chosen Mumbai for their vacation. This was a family vacay so everyone has come.

But here also work calls, I tried my best to finish all the events and keep my days free while here. But this one event I couldn't deny because we had already agreed on planning it for them. So even one of my team has come with us, as the teams here will be having their own events to handle.

I've a house here in Mumbai as I have kind of a huge clientele here. At first it was just in Delhi but as we became famous, clients started pouring from all over India. But Delhi and Mumbai is from where we get most of our clients. I have an office in Mumbai too. I thought it would be best if I had it here too.  But not as big and as employed as the one in Delhi. We send extra staff for any big project.

Akash Bhai handles this office, he keeps visiting it like once every 2 weeks. When I suggested him to shift here in Mumbai with Payal and Dev, he refused saying he doesn't want to leave me and wants to be with me and dadu.
I just give a few surprise visits few times a year or for the events where my presence is required.

And as the kids' holidays is for like 2 months, we planned we can first concentrate on the event and then stay for a few more days to enjoy family time. This was suggested by Bhai. I first thought that I'll go and see to the event and Bhai with bhabhi and kids will vacay, but to my surprise they had planned their vacay here in Mumbai.

We all reached our home and got settled. I freshen up, unpack and got ready to go to my office.

I reached my office and entered in. I was greeted by my staff which I returned with a smile.

As soon as I entered my cabin, I called for Rohit. He gave me today's schedule. After sometime I was joined by Bhai, Payal didn't come as she has to take care of kids.
Like that I spent half of my day in office discussing the upcoming projects. We have many mini projects which will be handled by the teams. But there is one project where I have to be present along with Payal and Akash Bhai.

I quickly finished my work and left to the house. Bhai will wind up and then leave.

As soon as I reached my home, I was welcomed with the kids eating Payal's head to take them outside. And when they saw me they started eating my head too. Me and Payal shared a knowing look.

"Okay chalo guys, we will go out. Now, go get ready then we will leave." As soon as I said this, the kids ran to their room to get ready.

"You go and freshen up, I'll help the kids to get ready" saying this Payal went to kids' room and I went to my room.

I badly wanted to get off my office clothes. I took out a simple white top and jeans to go with it. I got ready quickly and came down to see that the kids and Payal were ready. We head out to my car while kids were busy deciding where they want to go to the mall or park.
At last they wanted to go to the mall.

When we reached the mall, the kids wanted to go to the kids store to buy toys and stuff, so we are here now. The kids are busy in selecting the toys while me and Payal are trailing behind them talking randomly.

After sometime Payal was helping the kids to finalize, I saw a lady who was confused while looking at the aisle of toys. Though I don't know her, I felt like helping and went near to her.

"Hey, I can see you're confused at what to buy may I help you!? I have 3 kids so I know what will they like" I said after she turned towards me

"Oh thanks! This is the first time of me shopping for kids so I'm confused." She told with a cute confused face.
