Chapter 5

POV Cole

I could hear the party going on down stairs all the laughing and the music. Why are they having a party for a baby he won't even fucking remember it.

I was face planted in my bed when there was a knock on the door. I ignore it then there was another and another. "Open the door". I heard Noah voice what the hell does he want.

I groaned and rolled my eyes as I stood up from the bed and unlocked the door. He walked in wearing a pair of black jeans and a white top.

"What do you want". He pushed passed me and walked into my very mess room. He looked at the empty food rappers on the ground and raised an eyebrow.

"Did you just come in here to give me dirty looks what the fuck do you want". He just ignored me and walked in to my closet.

He pulled out a pair of blue ripped jeans and a black hoodie. He walked out and then through them at me. "Get changed".

I gave him a dirty look. "You can't just barge into my room and tell me what to do get the fuck out". His face was so calm and for some reason that pissed me of.

"Get changed you are going to the party". I am gave him are you serious look. "I am not going to your babies stu".

"I would not finish that sentence if I where you". Now he looked mad. "I get it ok you whole life has been shit. You where forgotten by the person who was supposed to protect you. Your mad I was were you where once trying to push people away who want to help me because I thought I was not worth the hassle because that is what we were told". He took a big breath.

"But you are worth it and the sooner you see that". He did not finish his sentence he just took a big sigh and said. "Come down stairs when you are ready". Then he just left me room.

I stood there shocked looking at the door he had just left through. Fuck me life I thought. 30 minutes later.

I am trying to hype myself up. Ok it will be fine it's just a kids birthday party. I open the door and make my way down the stairs.

I could feel people looking at me judging me. I saw miles,Jake,Noah ,kai and Grayson. I walked up and stood awkwardly behind them. "You decided to come down". I heard Noah said. Everybody tuned around and was just looking at me. "Yeh". I said messing with the end of my shirt.

They made a spot for me in the circle I stood across from grey son he was wearing a pair of black jeans and a black shirt his hair was messy in the cute way. God he looked good. Shit no he did you are not gay.

He caught me staring and gave me one of his smirks. I did not realise Noah was beside me holding Ryder. Who was now trying to get out of his fathers arms and crawl on to me.

He pushed his little chubby arms out to grab on to my shirt and god did he have a tight grip. "Ehmm" I say and whole group let out a chuckle I hand not realised that Olivia and tony had arrived.

"He wants you to hold him". I just shock my head. "Come on he does not bite". Noah hands Ryder over to me.

I hold him underneath the arm pits and his legs are just wiggling in the air. I look over at miles with pleading eyes to take the baby but he is just giving me a big smile. Asshole.

Noah then shows me how to hold him the right way. Ryder is up against my chest I am just looking into his purple eyes . His little hands grabbing my face and my hair.

"Time for cake I hear". Kai say I hand Ryder back to Noah and every walked over to the cake. "You did good". I jumped at the voice in my ear. I look over to see Grayson. Time to put the mask back on.

"Fuck off". I say and try to walk away. This asshole grabbed my arm and dragged me to another room "why do you do that". I gave him a confused look.

"Do what you are the one who fucking dragged me in here". He ran his hand through his hair frustrations.

"That the way your where holding Ryder you looked happy and then it's like you put your walls back up not letting yourself be happy".

"Happy never in my life have I ever been happy not every one was born with a golden spoon shoved up there ass. I shouted at Him.

He turned around and I saw a gun poking out of his waist band I took my chance and grabbed it and pointed it at his back. He froze.

He then slowly started to turn around facing me. "Stay back I will shoot you". But he did not listen he kept walking closer.

They gun was pressed against his chest his face so close to my good this closet is small.

His nose was touching mine are lips so close together. "Do it shoot me and escape go back to the terrible place you came from and run away from any chance for happiness you could have". I froze everything thing was to much his smell that way he was looking at me.

"I-m"I didn't now want to say I was froze his lips so close to mine. My finger touched the trigger the next thing the gun is ripped from my hands and both of them are pinned to the wall.

I look at him shocked. He bend down and whispered in my ear know you could not kill me. Then the closet door opened I tried to push away Grayson but he would not move and then there was Kia staring at us. My eyes winded.

I the only thing I could think of to do is I kick greys in the balls he falls to the ground I ran passed kai who was shocked I raced through the party and ran back to my room.

What the fuck just happened.
