I put down the mirror that was surprisingly heavy and set it next to my bed.
" Rin, go take a bath it's late already!" Mom called from the kitchen.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm going now." I called back.
I got my towel and got in the bath. Ahh, so warm.
I finally got out and sat on my bed, still only wearing my underwear. I looked out the window, it was a beautiful clear night. I walked to the mirror. The lights were off but I could clearly see myself.
I looked at myself, disappointed. Flat. Gahh! Why don't I have any curves! So disappointing! That's probably why Haru doesn't think of me as a girl.
I stood, still locked on my reflection. Hmm. Weird. It looks like me, but it doesn't . The glass is still dirty I guess. I grabbed a towel and tried to wipe the glass. It's working, but? As I wiped the mirror more and more, I came to see that it was in fact not me I saw in the mirror, but a boy!
I looked behind me . No one. Maybe that's why it was so cheap, it's not even a real mirror, it's some kind of prank!
"How could I fall for a little prank like this! And the sales lady was so nice!?"
I'll make sure to go to that store tomarrow and demand a refund!
For now, let's just go to sleep.
