right okay think , I need the money more than ever right now and he's here offering me the rent for the next 3 months now .

I am sitting on the sofa  across from the JEAN KIRSCHTEIN and we are just looking at each other and  not talking and sitting in fucking silence , fuck I need to answer .

"Okay I accept your offer " I say to him reluctantly " okay great now can I-" I cut him off " however there are gonna be some ground rules ."

I take a deep break , fuck sake how have I come to this point in my life .

" one no parties unless you ask me first, two if you are gonna bring someone round let me know or message me a head up and the most important one don't EVER go into my room okay" I say with a smile .

" right okay that's fine but do I have to message you every time I have someone round because that's gonna be quite often " he raises his eyebrow and smirks  at me from the sofa . What a twat

" oh god , you are gonna make me regret this , yes every time because I would like to be informed if there is a strange person in my home thank you very much "

I'm looking at him from across the room with my legs and hands crossed watching him and wondering what the fuck he is thinking.

He looks me up and down and smirks

" cute pjs by the way , very different " he says still smirking like the dickhead he is . "Thanks  , now do we have a deal or not because I need to get to bed because unlike some people I kinda care about my education" I say standing up ready to get the fuck out of this situation.

" yeah we have a deal , also the rules apply to you as well ,don't go in my room without my permission unless I invite you in  " he winks at me . Jesus Christ " and let me know if you have people over as well "

Okay that's pretty simple then , and I wouldn't want to go in his room anyway .

" yeah that's fine , wouldn't go in there anyway unless of course you invite me in " I say with a smile on my face . " also we have more to discuss in the Morning so give me your number so I can message you for emergencies or if I come up with more rules as we go along  also stuff about food and Utilities etc"

I walk over to him with my phone  in my hand ready to give him my number . " anything else you want from me " he says now looking bored of this conversation as much as I am " actually there is ,you can transfer me the money  now thank you , considering you said you would pay me now or is it cash in hand " I question him .

He grabs my phone and types in his number in and I send him a quick text to make sure it's the right one "I will Transfer you the money now , so give me your bank details then "

I give him my bank details and he sends me the money , now looking at my account with heart eyes I smile , thank god now I can pay shit off and send mum and dad some money .

" okay now I sent you the money are we finished here " he says looking up at me from the sofa .

" no unfortunately not yet you need a key and it's a good job I have a spear one  " I say walking away heading to my room ready to fetch the second key.

I walk into my room and head over to my draws tand grab it from the jewellery box from the top , when i turn around I see him leaning  on my door frame  " I said you're not  aloud in my room a few seconds ago how the fuck can you forget " " I'm not in your room see " he looks over his crossed arms down at his feet which are a few inches from being inside my room .

For fuck sake this is gonna be hard , think of the money y/n plus it's too late now he already paid you .

" cool get up you have going on here " he motions his head to my computer set up ,desk top and new chair some subscriber bought me " gamer girl are you"  " yeah fully I say uwu and shit , now get out " I shove him and hand him the key  " now are we done " I ask him now tired of this " hmm yeah I believe we are so I guess I will see you in the morning roomie " and with that he walks away .

I close my door and head straight for my bed which is on the same wall as my door and opposite my computer, it's more easier that way especially if the subscribers ask for a lot and my chair gets uncomfortable( I will try to set the room for you guys )

I get comfy and grab my phone heading straight for messages.

I put my phone on charge with a much clearer mind, he's not gonna find out unless I'm not careful and fuck up also soundproofing my room does sound like a good idea and with that I fall asleep .
