I haven't gone home. I'm 16 now and nothing has changed. I just seem to get older. It as if I'm an actual character in this story. 12 years ago I got stuck in this loop of life. I've built a life for myself in this dimension and reputation to not make me stand out but still succeed.
Today I'm finally going back home. Not my home but my adoptive home in this dimension. I haven't seen my brother in 10 years. I only got calls and occasionally videos. He would often send me videos of him practicing before a volleyball match or even videos of an actual match against another school. I praised him for his hard work and reminded him how remarkable he was.
I was excited to go see him again. After all he had changed in every aspect. He was so much taller and his voice had deepened and his frail arms became muscular. And for the sake of me, his rudeness seemed to have wore off.
Yet although I wanted to leave and go back home I didn't want to leave Shoyo. My little sunflower was getting so much training and had finally found his spot in karasuno high school team. I got to work along side kiyoko as a manger for the boys helping out with anything they needed. I met the team and I instantly became friends. They were just like the anime described them. I had a fantastic time going to their practices.
When I told them I would be leaving they all seemed to get teary eyed. Even the giant four eyed lemon head of tsuki seemed to be disappointed at the news and kept on asking if I really had to go. We went out one last time before I left and it was a ton of fun. It was filled with laughter and thrill.
Authors POV:
Now you were back in the bus that originally brought you there. You were going back to a little bit of loneliness since you didnt have any friends that weren't related to you.
You got off the bus where you meet with your father and grandparents. They were holding up a poster that said welcome back with many crazy little designs on it. You were glad they were happy about your arrival.
"Ugh I missed you sweetheart"said your father as he held you close. Trying to pick you up as he used to but being to weak now. "You've grown so much you're not a tiny little munchkin anymore."
You chuckled at what your dad commented. You sure had grown. Hair was obviously longer . Puberty had hit you hard. You were beautiful in every aspect. You looked better than in your original dimension due to how much effort you put on yourself in this one.
"I'm not your little baby anymore dad so of course I grew." You said as your dad took your bags and carried them for you.
"My your so big y/n" said you grandpa as his eyes widened. "I made you your favorite food." Said your grandma as she took hold of your hand guiding you to were your father was.
"Thank you for that I greatly appreciate it." You responded with a little head bow. "Wow even great manners. You surely have all the boys around you, don't cha?" Asked your grandma with a little smirk "no need for boy grandma, they don't seem to like me. I'm more focused on the drums right now and photography."
"Is that so? Well when you find a boy you truly love dont forget to let the family meet them." Said grandma as she kept walking with her arm around mine.
"No dating till your 18 y/n." Said my grandpa who snooping into our conversation. "Oh let her be, you were dating many girls when you were her age."
"She doesn't have to know that honey."said your grandpa with a scowl. "It's better if she experiences love now so she's not afraid of it later. And I can tell she's a smart girl. I don't think we have to worry about her having a bun in the oven till she's married."
"Grandma!"you yelled flustered. "I'm saying you wouldn't do it not that you will. So y/n if you fall in love don't be afraid and give it your all. If it's toxic then leave it." You grandma continued as you walked back home.
