Recap: ahaan gives a new case for diagnosis.... One doctor can have a chance to lead the surgery and ahaan will assist..... Ishki seeks arya help..... Ishki is going to lead the surgery....

It's an hour before the surgery. Everything was fine. Suddenly sara came there.

Sara: doctor abhi pata chala ki iss case par patient ne dr. Mehta ko appoint kiya hai.

Ahaan is little bit surprised.

Ahaan: par meine kaha ki Dr mehra attend karenge.

Sara pats her head.

Sara: sir mein Dr rhea mehta bare mein nahi Dr virendra mehta ke bare mei baat kar rahi hun.

Everyone are shocked. As virendra mehta never came to this hospital.

Ahaan: wo abhi aa rahe hai kya?

Ishki is fully shocked. She started sweating. She can't face him.

Flashback

I will write synapses as I don't want to drag the story.

Virendra mehta and isha mehra were married. It was arrange marriage. It was going smooth. Both of them respected each other. They never crossed their limits. Slowly virendra started falling for a woman (rhea mother). She also loves him. Virendra and isha don't love each other. Isha was pregnant but virendra left her for his love. She raised ishki alone but she also died. Ishki hates virendra as she knows whole truth.

Flashback ends.

Sara: wo nikal chuke hai. Abhi aate hi honge.

Everyone except ishki is excited to meet him.

Ahaan: Dr. Mehra you are going assist me and I'm going to assist Dr. Mehta.

He saw her. Her face became pale.

Ishki: ok.

Ahaan: are you ok?

He asked with concern. She wiped her sweat.

Ishki: I'm ok.

But he knows her inside out.

Ahaan: you just look like

She glared him. He knows it's wrong time to say something.

Ishki: look like what?

Ahaan: nothing just leave it.

Virendra came and surgery has started. Ishki is feeling nausea. She can't handle it anymore.

Ishki: I'm extremely sorry but I can't do this.

She ran from there leaving everyone puzzled. Ahaan can't leave surgery. So he stayed.

Virendra: Dr. Malhotra who is she and how could she can leave leaving a surgery on going. She is even a doctor. As a doctor she should know the value of life.

Ahaan can't listen anything wrong about her but she is at fault.

Ahaan: she is Dr. Mehra Dr. Ishki mehra.

Virendra is shocked to listen mehra surname. After completion of protocols virendra left from hospital thinking about ishki.
