As Naomi walked into the school she was immediately assaulted by her best friends Haiden and Jenice. Jenny as she liked to be called was 5'3 with chin-length black hair and green eyes, While haiden her twin was a scrawny boy with short brown curly hair, brown eyes and freckles dotting his face.
"happy birthday," Jenny proclaimed almost vibrating with excitement as she bounded over from across the hall dragging Haiden with her almost crashing into her as she came to a halt thrusting a present at her "come on open it up" Jenny squealed "we both pitched in" Haiden added his mouth twitching into a smile.
Naomi couldn't help the grin creeping onto he face as she looked at her best friends. " you guys didn't have to get me anything," she said smiling softly. "Ah but we did," haiden said with a playful smirk "And you will love it," Jenny added matter-of-factly. Naomi rolled her eyes at her best friend's antics and opened the neatly wrapped present revealing a Silver necklace in the shape of a heart, Naomi gasped in awe "you guys didn't" "we saw you looking at it the last time we were in Seattle" Jenny grinned "figured you liked it".
"marry me" Naomi grinned looking Jenny in the eyes, snorting Jenny replied, "unfortunately for you and the other ladies I am as straight as your sister is homophobic". Naomi rolled her eyes "haha very funny" haiden sighed "as much as I hate to break this up class starts in like five minutes". "Shit" Naomi cried sprinting down the hall "I have history see you guys at lunch" "bye Naomi," the twins said in sync while they walked to their respective classrooms.

When Naomi finally arrived at history she was five minutes late "look who decided to grace us with her presence" her history teacher Ms. Harrison said sarcasm dripping from her voice. "Sorry miss I lost track of time," Naomi said sincerely "it's alright just don't let it become a common occurrence go have a seat next to mr. hale," she said as Naomi rushed towards her desk. "Hello, Jasper" she whispered as she sat down out of the Cullens only him Rosalie and Emmett we're decent people as far as she could tell, as she had not met Esme nor felt the need to visit the hospital but from what she had heard they seemed like lovely people.
