"serri! come down! breakfast is ready!" dad yelled out, causing me to wake up. "serri!" he yelled out again, "coming!" i quickly got up and headed to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and washed my face as fast as I can. I changed into my uniform and headed downstairs. "what took you so long?" dad asked putting my savory pancakes on the table.
"my alarm didn't go off." I said, knowing I couldn't come up with a lie right now. I sat down and quickly ate my pancakes, "you're gonna be late. remember what happens when you're late!" my eyes popped when I looked at the time. "yeah yeah, bye dad!" I said giving him a kiss on the cheek. he chuckled and waved goodbye.
- I ran as fast as possible, I was supposed to walk with onjo and cheongsan today but they're always too busy flirting to wait for me. I finally got there, I saw everyone at the stop so I knew I wasn't late. we finally get to cross, everyone started running. our school was so strict about kids being late.
I almost got there until someone tripped me. shit, i'm gonna be late. I kept trying to get up but people kept running so it was kinda impossible. "get up." a familiar voice said, I looked up and saw the one and only suhyeok. he puts out his hand for me to grab, I grab his hand and he lifts me up. we start running, and then we made it. "t-thank you." I said trying to catch my breath. he laughs knowing I need water. "you owe me." I roll my eyes. "go fuck yourself." I walk away from him trying to find onjo and cheongsan.
"serri!" onjo yells as she runs towards me, "onjo!" I yelled back as we both hug each other. "hey cheongsan." I say letting go of the hug. "let's get to class before ms. park yells at us." cheongsan says "suhyeok." onjo calls out, "hey. morning." suhyeok says and then walks away. I giggle a little, onjo just frowns at me. "that was horrible." I laugh, "come on." she speed runs to try to catch up to suhyeok.
she quickly runs in front of him. oh god. "what?" he seemed very confused, "if you have time, come to the roof after lunch." "why? I don't fight anymore." "you think i'd want to fight you?" "then why?" "see you later." onjo grabs me and we walk away until she trips on something causing me to fall with her. I get up, and help onjo get up. I look at suhyeok and saw that he was trying not to laugh. I scoff and walk away. what a jerk.
