This is a poem I originally published as a stand alone, but I decided to ad it to this book of poems instead.

If all you hear are whispers,

and all you feel is pain,

if you feel like the sun will never

drive away the rain,

Then remember the voices of loved ones all around,

But what are loved ones when your heart of bleeding out?

What are loved ones that lie and cheat?

what are loved ones who use you to beat?

Is there such thing as freedom?

Is there such thing as love?

Or is it all just a empty glove?

All theses things flood your mind at night,

And you wonder if goodness will ever see the light,

But then you see the stars,

that glitter in the sky,

and you realize,

that a world as beautiful as this,

can never be without goodness,

even when its dark out,

somewhere there's the sun,

even when love goes wrong,

remember  there will always be a better one.

If everything was useless,

and everything a joke,

then why would we have fire within us?

And hearts to live and feel?

Everything has darkness,

but to it should you kneel?

should you let it cut you down?

and let it bury you in the ground?

Never, never, never in you life,

let your fire burn,

and fill the darkness with light.
