Landon Silas

Finally. Well, not finally. It's time for that party that Trish and others were telling me about. Mary Janes party. Great. Honestly, I did not want to go. However, I'm going anyway. What a relief that there was no theme of the party. I just wore all black which was a huge mistake. When I showed up to the party, people had already started to say I looked like Ken-Kaneki. Nah. I don't.

"Hurry up Trish!" I groaned while she looked for her lipstick in the car. "You don't need lipstick girl, you're fine."

"Bro! I need to find it!"

I rolled my eyes and leaned on the car, then she finally found it. We walked into Mary Jane's house and saw a lot of people. Riley, dancing and twerking on counters, AJ handing out drinks, and then I saw them. Why am I not suprised that I saw Jaciel and Drake at the party?

"Your boyfriends are here, Landon." Trish teased, patting my back.

"They aren't my boyfriends." I said, looking in the other direction. "Let's just party, okay?"

"Bet!" Trish yelled.

Music was blasting everywhere. Honestly, I just sat on the sides, drinking a coke. You know Trish was just being Trish. The girl was dancing with KC and 4 other guys. They're all up on her! I sighed, thinking of you know who could have been here. It's been 2 days since he passed. Honestly, alot of things have changed. I felt like I was in 13 reasons why, exept telling the story from Clay's point of view. And just Clay's point of view.

"Hey Landon" I heard a voice say. I turned around and saw Cassidy. I was quite shocked that she'd be here. I mean, her ex is here after all. It would be awkward if they bumped into eachother. "Shocked to see you here."

"I could say the same about you." I said, turning her direction.

"So, they weren't lying. You do actually look like Ken Kaneki." She chuckled. I could see red forming on her pale beautiful face. "It looks cool."

"Yeah." I chuckled, scratching the back of my head. "Just need the mask, right."

Me and Cassidy hung out the whole night. We're talking about how different our lives are. She grew up with an abusive dad. I'm over here thinking that she was daddy's little princess Her mom passed away as well. Poor her. When she spoke about her life, she reminded me of Trish quickly. She loved watching Disney movies like Trish, and loved parties.

"I have a question." I said. "Why did you and Jaciel broke up?"

Cassidy sighed and took in some air. "Me and Drake are drunk at his house.. and we had sex and Jaciel somehow figured it out."

"Oh."

"I said it didn't mean anything. He didn't believe me. Left me and yeah."

I paused and sighed. "Sorry about that. I know Jaciel can be.. a bitch. Let's just put it that way. I've seen him like that."

"Yeah, not to mention he beat you up twice." Cassidy giggled.

"H-hey! I have my reasons!" I protested. "I wasn't ready for his swing, that's all. The guy swings like Godzilla."

We both laughed.  "Haha!"

"Honestly Landon.." Cassidy said, turning her head. "I liked you soon as you came to our school."

"Oh! I didn't know that." I said, sounding awkward.

"Hold on red-head. Not like that. I mean, aren't you gay?"

"How do you know?"

Cassidy jumps back on a nearby sofa and kicks her feet. "First off, your friends have really big mouths. I heard. Secondly, you act gay."
