"Five years. It has been five years now. Wow. Time really does fly by so fast. Its almost unbelievable. It feels like just yesterday, I was planning to propose you with the ring you loved the most, but we couldn't afford it back then..." he says, while slightly chuckling to himself as he recalls a funny memory from when they were together.

"It's funny, isn't it? I had promised you that I'd always keep you safe with me and never let you go, but I failed..." the last two words were barely even a whisper as he fell on his knees, clutching on the bouquet of flowers as tears pooled out of his eyes. The memory played in his mind repeatedly as he tried to stop himself from crying. He remembered her last words, which were "don't worry Gukkie, I'm okay. And, if anything happens to me, always remember that I'll always be there for you-" she said as she pointed towards her heart "-in here, forever" *SHOOT!* And, she was gone.

He kept crying until he felt a hand on his shoulder. He knew who it was so he quickly got up, wiped his tears away and turned around to face Mr. Kim Namjoon, his secretary. "Sir, you have two important meetings today. One is with the President of the Lee Company during lunch where you are going to discuss about the upcoming collaboration. And the second in the evening, with the Rang company groups, were in you were going to talk about the contract that you had signed with them. Do you want me to clear your sessions for today and postpone them to some other day or would you like to attend them? Sir I would suggest you to atten-" "Postpone them all to Thursday as I'll be taking a break for today" JungJungkook said, looking nowhere in particular.

"This will not be accepted." Namjoon said, as he signed, tired of his excuses. "You need to move on! She probably wasn't your 'The One'! Please, it has been five years! FIVE WHOLE YEARS! Move on already!" "Don't say anything about her, she was the only one for me. And I couldn't save her.." he said as he whimpered. Joon patted his back "It wasn't your fault. Soojung was the one who did it, she locked you up too, so it wasn't your fault. You tried your best and that's all that matters." "BUT STILL HYUNG I COULDN'T SAVE HER" he broke down again, as his back faced Joon.

"It's okay, It's okay... cry it all out..." he patted his back. Jungkook wiped his tears and went straight for the car, ignoring his hyung's calls. His car headed straight to his home, his comfort place.

Also, I'll edit a nice cover soon, give me some time. I have a really packed schedule. School, come home to go to tuitions, then go exercise, study and then finally i have some time at night which is also gone because i feel really sleepy tired from all that I've done in the day. So, bare with me, I promise I'll make this a good story and not let your time go to waste <3

I will post one story in a week, that is, every Sunday (IST), cause that's the only day off for me.
