Chapter 8

I look down at my lap. I feel a hand grab mine. "Don't be nervous all you have to do is sit there and look beautiful no problem there" I smile at him. "Thank you" "Raven would you wear my ring" I look at him taken back by such a bold question.

"I think it would probably just fall right off of me" I say nervously. He takes my hand kissing it and placing it on my finger. "Perfect fit" I blush feeling a smile appear on my face.

We step out the carriage. We walk up to his parents.

I turn to Adam "about the other day" "I told Ben this wasn't going to be easy" he states. "You also taught me that a king has to believe in himself even when it isn't easy" "I did" he says confused Belle taps his arm. "How very wise of me" I smile at Ben. He takes my hand. "Wish me luck" a throat clears and one of the ushers takes my hand to go inside.

I stand next to Mal with her grabbing my hand.

They place the crown on his head abs swear him in.

I look at the wand. Then it's snatched from her hands.

I run up to Jane and fight her for the wand "CAREFUL RAVEN" I take it from her. Mal takes it from me. I look at her. "Mal give me the wand" I tilt my head at her. "Stabs back" I tell them standing infront of him. "It's okay" "BEN I SAID STABD BACK" I yell at him. I hold my hand out. "I told you so" I flash my eyes towards Audrey.

"You're seriously doing this" "we have no choice" Mal yells. I look at her.

"Our parents" "our parents made their choice r just like I made mine now you make yours" I tell her.

"I think I wanna be good" "you are" "how do you know that" I step closer. "Because I'm your sister and I know you better than anyone abs I'm sorry I did t try hard enough to acknowledge that" I state.

"Listen to your heart sis" I ask.

"I want to listen to my heart and my heart is telling me that we are not our parents" I smile. "I mean stealing doesn't make you happy tourney and victory pizza with the team makes you happy" she turns to Carlos' "and you scratchgibg dudes belly and being Rachel's best friend makes you happy" I shake my head.

"And Evie you do not have to play dumb to get a guy you are so smart" she looks at me.

"Raven" "Raven" she smiles at me. "Raven being a good ruler to your people and being with Ben makes you happy who saw that coming" he holds my hand.

"Us being friends makes me really happy I want to go to school and create a relationship with my little sister because Raven makes me really happy" sge holds the necklace she gave me the silver one and I grab the black one. I let go of Bens hand.

I run up to her she stumbles back when I hug her. "I love you Mal" "I love you too" he hugs me.

"I choose good guys" "I won't do anything out of pocket how about that" they chuckle. "Baby steps" Mal asks "baby steps" they each put a hand in and I nod for ben to join and rest my head on his shoulder.

The window breaks.

Mom appears. "I'm back" "go away mother" I look at her. "She's funny go ahead wand me" she throws it to Fairy Godmother. She starts casting a spell but then time freezes except us.

I watch her steal Adams glasses. She takes the wand. "Where shall we begin I know why don't we start by getting rid of this" w takes the ring from my finger. I look at my hand.

"Falling in love us weak and ridiculous" I look at her pissed. "Its not what you want" "YOU DONT GET TO TELL ME WHAT I WANT YOU NEVER ASKED ME NOT ONCE WHAT I WANT I JUST OBEYED YOU LIKE A LITTLE PUPPY BUT SCREW YOU" I yell.

"We're not you" "obviously I've had years and years and years and years of practice being evil you'll get there" she states. "No we will not and I really wish you had never gotten there yourself" I hug close to Carlos.

"And now I command wand in my hand" "GIVE ME THE WAND" I smirk.

"Maybe good really us more powerful than evil" "oh please" Dude jumps him. Jay tries to take her staff.

She clicks him and turns into a dragon.

We start running "JAY GO" we start running. "Magic mirror shine a bright light" it shines in her face. "LEAVE OUR FRIENDS ALONE" I yell. "This is between the three of us mother" Mal states. "The strength of evil is good as none when stands before five hearts is one" we chant.

She disappears. Fairy godmother comes back. "Did you guys do it" "I don't know" I state. "No no no no your mother did she shrunk to the size of the love in her heart that's why it's so itty bitty" "is she gonna be like that forever" I ask. "We'll forever is a long time" we hand her the wand she picks up the ring and hands it back to me. I slip it on.

She breaks the spell and Ben roars loudly and runs over to me. "HEY WE DID IT ITS OVER" I tell him. He calms down the he looks at me. He picks me up and spins me.

"Next time I rescue you" I smile at him. "Ya won't happen" I tell him.

That night at the after party I kissed bens cheek. "My king of Auradon" "my queen of the Underworld" he leans down and kisses me.
