Kirishimas quirk had an effect on his height one of his only major flaws is his stamina and flexibility. Due to kirishimas height and bulky build he is a much bigger shield and can cover more people.
Baku and kiri are engaged just haven't had the wedding YET! Kiri purposed when they were 23 but due to hero work they both decided to postpone the wedding. Also they started dating half way through second year.🙂👍 (Eijiro kirishima Katsuki kirishima) peopel do still call him bakugou every now and then tho too)

Heres deku (couldn't find the owner) hes pretty much the same height as kirishima only a tad shorter (kiris about 7'1 and dekys like 6'11)

Heres shoto (credits to @yourdrawingpinapple) hes only again a bit taller then bakugou as bakus 5'8 and hes 5'9 so not much difference again both 25 and MARRIED izuku purposed when they were 22 and the had the wedding about half a year later.
