I gently caressed my 6 month old's, pale-soft cheek as I rocked her to sleep. I looked down at her small frame snuggled against my chest, I felt a smile stretch across my face.

She had inherited Jin's plumpy bottom lips, his chubby cheeks, his long-lean legs and fingers.

Jin is determined that she'd inherit even his sense of humor as she grows.

I paced back and forth, breastfeeding my daughter and simultaneously eyeing our front porch, waiting for Jin to get back from work.

I looked down and my baby had fallen asleep. I gently detached her from my body and laid her down in her crib, wiping around her mouth. I dimmed the lights and sat on the love seat as I adjusted the robe i was wearing and covered my body.

I signed, exhausted from taking care of a rather very active 6 month old and racking my brain to come up with new designs for my wedding dress store.

Apparently, being a new mother and a designer wasn't as easy as I thought it would be.

I was a wedding dress designer. I ran a store in the city with my older sister. While I was the designer, designing the dresses my sister was the event planner, specialized in wedding plannings.

I met Jin when he had come down to our store with a bunch of older women and few younger women, probably in their late 20's.

The group entered while laughing aloud but Jin's laugh caught my attention, maybe because he was the only guy in the group but his voice was just so angelic. It was just so pleasant. Though he laughed loud there was a subtle gentleness laced to his laugh.

I eyed his tall frame from the cash counter as he held the door open for all the ladies. A slightly spark of jealousy lit up when he reached down to kiss the back of a particular young woman's hand, who was very loud, too loud for my liking.

As I continued to undress him with my eyes, my sister walked out of her office and addressed the group and instructed the other staffs to offer them some champagne as they spoke to her.

I sat quiet behind the counter, observing the loud woman throw herself at the handsome man as he quietly kept declining her touches. It was clearly evident by now that he was regretting, kissing her hand.

I chuckled to myself and focused on my sister who introduced the bride to me.

Turns out the gorgeous looking man's name was Seokjin and he was the bridegroom's younger brother.

"Do you also arrange strippers for the bachelorette party?!" The loud woman yelled, who was pretty much drunk by now, from our unlimited champagne service.

"No, mam. We don't" I heard my sister say. Annoyance, clearly laced in her voice.

While I spoke to the bride about her custom made wedding dress, my sister spoke to the older women about the pricing.

Seokjin had long left the store to go wait outside, not being able to handle the thirsty women.

I met Seokjin twice in our shop after that day, when he accompanied his sister-in-law to the shop again for alterations and of course, on the wedding day itself.
